Hello guys I want to fully liquidate my agriculture land into crypto.
I have approximately 43 acres of agricultural land, fully irrigated by canal water plus two submersible tubewells with electricity connection.
The current market value is approximately 8 Crore INR.
Serious buyers can DM me for more detail. I am the owner of the land no 3rd party buying/selling.
The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Is this a serious post? I doubt it. Sell your land for INR and then convert it to BTC if that is what you really want to do. Indian registrar won't accept BTC as a payment mode. It is going to have to be in either Check or DD.

Yes, I am serious about it, you don't have to show on record that you are selling your land for crypto. The DC rate is very low compare to the market price, DC rate could be paid in Cheque and the rest in crypto. And again if buyers willing to pay fully in crypto the cheque could be later canceled and paid in crypto also.
If I found no buyers in crypto then obviously will sell for INR then convert it into crypto. I know the chances of finding a buyer (who pays in crypto) is less but I still want to give a try to this.

No, I don't think you're serious. If you sell your property you're going to have to show it in records the amount received in full. The check cannot be cancelled because if that happens the registry becomes void. Also, all this comes under fraud. And there is a penalty of 100%. So, please, if you are serious. Don't do this. Sell your land and then buy with it whatever you need. Since, it is a rural property, there won't be any tax on it except the registration fee. Which is usually paid by the buyer.

Collector rate (or DC rate) is around one lac per acre but the market is rate is 20 Lac/acre, the buyers can pay 1 lac/acre by cheque and rest could be paid in crypto. When you buy/sell any property the actual market value is never declared on paper.

I understand what you mean. But what good is this for a buyer? The land's value will be measured by it registry. The buyer will have trouble selling it later for proper price and/or taking a loan on it. And like I said. This all comes under fraud. I am sorry but I don't have any more advice for you.

Technically it is fraud; but it is wide spread fraud due to high registration stamp fees of 10%... It's a very common fraud and noone faces much issues, unless u are getting a loan as a buyer...

It is very common all over the country and everybody knows that lands are getting sold to expensive price than the registered value but as long as there is no proper taxation system which benefits the people not the government we can never achieve legitimacy on everything.

Unless proper guidance or system about crypto is being done in the country people will refrain from buying/selling anything in crypto and when it is matter of land where crores of amount is involved nobody would be even interested in it. The best idea is simply for now sell in INR and buy btc simple solution.

Try your luck if it happens will be good. But also never heard anything in past too that land registration has happened in crypto etc. You may know better about it has any big deals or say you know which has come out or being known that crypto was being used for the land purchases. Since it happens between 2 known person and this big purchases cannot be done without going through proper documentation.

I remember reading this post in the original Bitcoin magazine; guess who was the author. Vitalik, the founder of ETH.  Smiley
