I just tried to access https://www.degenerateplatform.com/ but switched to SBXtoken why this can happen if they are the same but I see on the whois the age of the website https://www.degenerateplatform.com/ is deeper than SBXtoken .

But I think it's a good catch.

They could be the same owners with another take at a previously failed project. Or they simply re-registered a previously expired domain.

WHOIS data shows that the DegeneratePlatform.com domain was created on July 11, 2020 and here is the archived version of the website:
