Scarcity will govern which will drive the price up for any coin. Imagine the majority of coins were held by whales investors then no fresh coin available on the market (considering whales will hold which their obvious move to monopoly the coin). The price of BTC will surely skyrocket more than the current ATH, So comparing Bitcoin max supply to ETH with mineable coin available is not that hard, The coin with scarcity is the best to buy. But this event is way too long to happened and maybe there are other coins that possibly overtake this current 2 major coin like chainlink and so on.

Just apply the law of demand and supply to know which is more valuable and profitable. The greater demand with lower supply will increase the value. if the demand decrease with a higher supply the value will be lower. So,bitcoin has a limited supply and will soon be fully mined, the tendency the value will increase because of the shortage of supply especially if whales will hold a biggest part of it. I also think that ethereum will increase more because it always follow the bitcoin. They are both valuable for me.

I should remind you about the migration of ethereum will bring a lot of impact and when bitcoin supply is complete and I have expected ethereum will have reached the hardcap too.

Imagine when more than 60% ethereum will be locked in the network and the circulating supply in the market will be less and this will create a huge demand to buy ether as it has limited supply too.

I just bet on 5k for each ethereum hahaha lol but we will not actually see that happen for sure.

I do not think that bitcoin supply will be completed soon, do remember that each 4 year halving cuts the new minting of bitcoins by half so this process is continuously being slowed down and according to estimates it will complete in next 100 years.
If this tech will survive till then obviously the value of these coins will be in millions..

Please inform yourself a little bit more before you make those kind of assertions, the total supply of bitcoin will not be mined until 2140 and for the most part not a single person here in the forum will be able to see that day, so it is kind of a waste of time trying to think about it when we cannot even predict what the market will do during the next hours, just a week ago many people were expecting that we could reach a new ATH and then we suffered a massive setback no one was expecting and now many traders are quietly watching the markets trying to figure out what they will do next, as such it is better not to spend your time thinking about such a fruitless question.

would still exist or had been already replaced by another coin in the market.

The value of ethereum will be pumped as there will be no inflation will be preventing the bitcoin to increase its price. When bitcoin can get a pump and ethereum will be following it even without any reason and whales will also pump it too.
I think that we should see the reality of the factor that still prevents bitcoin to gets pumped was the inflation rate that already made by the bitcoin miners.

Since they are correlated in price, I believe that the price of Ethereum will increase as well but not all of the sudden meaning there would be a price increase as time goes not abruptly. However lets assume that it is at a point where it is not making any money directly (for rewards) to the miner, do you really think that miners work for the reward only? They are also working for the fee and believe me the fee is a lot higher than it used to be thanks to (or because of) this halving, which shows that the lower reward gets the higher reward they will make. Obviously the fee could go down in bitcoin but still could worth a lot more in dollars when btc goes up, so as you can see they do have a plan on what to do when bitcoin rewards for mining doesn't make them any money at all.

ETH price in relation to the US dollar = $366

ETH price in relation to bitcoin = 0.0354 BTC

If the bitcoin price is $20,000 and then the ETH price (if 0.035BTC is maintained) would be more than $700, but if the ETH price can reach 0.1 BTC then the ETH price could be $2000

The problem here is no longer the supply of Bitcoin, it's a platform issue of Ethereum. when bitcoin reaches the mining threshold, then miners will be gone and the price of bitcoin will inevitably increase according to the law of nature. And there is an obvious rule here, when bitcoin increases, all the top coins increase, surely Ethereum will have the same effect. It is important that the value of Ethereum is still determined in terms of technology as well as their direction in the future. we will not be able to foresee anything in this crypto market, it depends very much on the whales.

He mentioned the Bitcoin's max supply is because of the pattern that happened in the previous Bitcoin halving events. The max supply of Bitcoin could still have an impact on the price of altcoins since most of the altcoins are traded to Bitcoin. But we'll never know how big the impact is since there's a lot of things that could change.

none of us know what's the price of ETH in the future but one thing for sure it's not gonna surpass bitcoin and bitcoin will probably be more expensive than it is right now compared to ETH. Though TBH there's no correlation with the price of ETH to bitcoin's max supply.
