Jamm.to - Is this a scam?

What Happened: I got spam PM in telegram advertising this website that is giving 0.9 BTC for installing suspicios software
I scanned exe file with VirusTotal and nothing was detected so far, but I don't trust it:

I don't know what the file does but I found something interesting about the website.
One of the bots that was spamming links to this site here:

The website is a clear clone of jamm.to , both are hosted on moldtelecom.md servers and the files are almost identical in size, but the difference is that the older one it got one hit by kaspersky:

So probably this one is a better repack

I noticed they dont have any working link on website, except download links for wallet.
No social media links also.
