Developers should stop taking investors as fools, you cooked your project up to your taste and everything seem fine enough but because you are too greedy and can't take your eye off DeFi success you decide to switch your project to DeFi. Seriously are investors stupid enough to go along with your obvious trick? To all developers who are doing this, it's a complete slap to your faces, you guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

It is not for us to tell project developers how to position and promote their project. If you don't like something, you can always avoid investing in this project.
In 2017, there were also many different ISOS that carried out projects that do not need blockchain for implementation. However, these projects on the wave of hype collected tens of millions of dollars.

Developers of these type of projects won't care to the concerned people of the community. All they want is to earn from investors.

what I hate in the current DeFi season is that many DeFi projects have successfully expanded by making other projects, but the problem is they made more than four projects and it also seems like they are trying to make new projects again, this is too greedy and dangerous because if they don't can focus on all the development of the project, there must be one of them that will become a dead project.

This is mostly the truth, many but not all, use DeFi like a magnet to gather investors. Most projects were not good enough to have a sustainable idea or plans for their project in the future. Like the ICO madness in 2017, only the good and sustainable projects will survive in the long run and will provide big profits for investors.

Agree with you, those who are insisting to incorporate defi will surely will be compromised. What if defi hype gone, maybe they will remove their feature of defi again and add whats gonna be the trend on coming years.

Isn't it true that a product must follow the development of market demand? but their original product must still be consistent. may only be the operating system being updated, but their product should still run normally. I think there are still many projects that are consistent with what they made from scratch. but to attract the market I think it needs some updates that are currently busy in the market.

These guys only want one thing even before starting their projects, they want to earn. They see DeFi gaining a lot of hype, ofcourse they were going to jump ship. It just sucks for the investors who actually believed in them tho.

I can't say that this is greedy, what we should do is see their past development if we see their develop the project good enough in past so maybe they just see a new opportunity to make the project more famous.
It's different if the project development in the past was very bad, so the developer hopes to get more money because they are greedy and are not satisfied with money they got before, you should stay away from the project.

You can't really do anything about that especially if you're just the "investors". Devs could make anything that suits their taste at anytime. I mean like, with all these DeFi projects that were trying to become successful just like the other projects, but when it turned out to be a failed projects and all, we can't do anything. how can you deny the idea that even Non Defi project is now seeking to be one?

This is the problem if the developer is not only greed but liar as well because everything will be done for money.

not all of them but I admit most of the new and old projects do, maybe because they saw an opportunity to increase the price of their coins.
I don't know when this trend ends whether the project will end too or will follow other trends next time.

We are called investors only to show our importance to ourselves. We are not really investors, because we can't influence developers ' decisions in any way.

It's common even some of the utility token projects that are normally using smart contracts are switching to others because of the huge transaction fee of eth it's not because of the hype it's also for the good rather than staying, and we can't blame them because other investors are also preferring Defi over other projects maybe because of the potential and not on the hype.

Somehow some projects like DEX switching to DEFI is also reasonable. Its the only way they can also compete the ones who are leading the way to headstart this bullrun. Staying as it will not make them money and I guess whose investors I guess will also benefit from it.

Utility tokens however seem not fair to switch to Defi. I think this thread meant for these projects which the developers are just up to make money and then probably abandon the project after the hype. Its the road to self destruction.

It would be very surprising if the developers did not want to make money. They create their own project first of all to earn money themselves, and only then to let their investors earn money. Therefore, when looking for a good project, look for developers who set great ambitions so that they can earn both themselves and others enough.

I would definitely agree to you not only the investors are being fooled by this greedy crypto developer but also the bounty hunter which so happen that I was once experience this fooling of many developer several times. We bounty hunters gave our full effort and time just to promote and give to them what they are looking for us to do but in the end it will turns out to be a bogus and fake reward to all our hardworks. Hope that the crypto society can generate and regulate this matter to avoid another circumstances like this.
