I don’t know why this ended up in Beginners & Help, but the thingy is a TTBIT USB Stick Miner, but anyhow. It seems to use cgminer, and the miner stick’s manual suggests using a certain pool, although you are not providing information here as to which pool you are connected to.
Not much info on the stick on the forum, but you could perhaps try on the
Bitcoin Mining board or the
Altcoin Mining board, depending on what you are pretending to mine (presumably the former). Also notice that there is a pool childboard within, which may be more appropriate if the issue is with the pool. In any case, you need to detail way more your issue.
