Looking for co-founders for a crypto-currency escrow service

The escrow service development is almost done and i am looking for some co-founders who can bring something new to the team (There's only me in the team to be honest, but i do the job of 5 devs)
The escrow service so far supports Bitcoin and monero and will be working on adding new coins once deployed.

What kind of escrow service does your service provide? if it is central then the people who act as an escrow will certainly be famous and thus it is easy for you to collect financing if you show their names.
if it is decentralized, post the project site and you will get support, as there are few escrow services that offer decentralized solutions.

It is a central escrow service but i am only collecting emails, i will work on a mixing service as well to give the users of the escrow the privacy they deserve.
I have also included Monero as well, so there are so far two currencies and i will be adding more.
The escrow is user-less means that you will not need to create any account to create escrow, it will be a fast-forward solution will help many users and i will definitely work on it a lot, and try to make a good reputation out of it too.

I am planning to use a hot wallet at first, and will give the users the ability to choose whether i can store their funds in a dedicated hardware wallet or keep the funds in the server's hot wallet.
I was just looking for someone who can assist with the development and who is at least trustworthy, anyone who can expand a project and got a lot of contacts in the field is well appreciated as well.

You are a newbie (lol).  If you really do not know how you will secure the funds, you probably only do the work of four devs, not five.  :/  If you give me your PIN number, does that magically stop you from withdrawing all funds?

Disclaimer:   I'm launching a system by mid Oct that will offer smart escrows for free.  Fringe services like yours may gain traction however.

You cannot just say you're not a newbie when you literally are in ranking of the Forum. If you wanted to be an escrow service, why not use your main and ""old"" account if you are a newbie? You haven't even earned any trust nor had any successful transaction within the forum (in which I doubt you could gain with your new account). Even buying a copper membership wouldn't make you a trustworthy user. Hence, if you really wanted to be successful, better tell us your project plan, publicly state your identity (becuase such projects really requires knowing the founder lol), and have a good reputation in the forum first. Success takes a lot of hardwork and sacrifices, brother..

Since you are basically looking for investors in your project I believe that your OP isn't enough for them to be attracted on your project. You basically need a sales pitch on what you are trying to do in order for you to have a good chance of attracting some members here. With your post right now you'll just be attracting unreputable people who are just newbies or jr. members of the forum who will be trying to contact you basically which I don't think they are really trying to invest in your project but to leech from you.

I know, i am totally committed on revealing my identity as the founder of the escrow service once it is registered as a company and deployed, i just have some fears when i do that, for an example getting the hot wallet hacked which i will literally suicide after if the funds were a lot.
But i must agree that this account is new and it is meant for the company and *newbie* in yours, it is preferable not to tell you my project plan since that's a brainrape somehow, so I'd rather work it out.
But i will put time and effort to build a better trust, which i am not asking for right now but just asking for guidance on how to expand once deployed, and not even looking for a investment, just a co-founder who'd help me with the website nothing all guys.

Why not develop something new?   In the next six months the global economy will shift even further from central based services - identify a need there.

Well, you can at least stop coming at me like that, it feels like my project is somehow going to compete and i really like competition myself.
And i will be finding a solution for safety of the website, i have a plan already and i am following it.

That should be the case it's a question of reputation, he could be handling a huge amount of coin and we want to know how he can make people feel safe entrusting your project with their coin, when it comes to es crowing I only know Sebastian Ju and the other reputable members here with similar business to launch one but if it's a smart contract that would be interesting.

How could it be integrated to a smart contract and how could a software be able to determine that transactions is successful would be the basis of getting a good reputations and possible number of clients. If this could really be done by a software that has control over both transactions and decentralized that would be ao great. However, the usual escrow service is the centralized system where third party services needed and once both parties confirm the transaction then the escrow service will then approve and proceed to the transaction. This is the way escrow service was being done and there are likes of Ognasty doing escrow service here in the forum.

Well, I've read through all the previous comments and all I can say is that I wish you all the best, but my advice is be very very careful of who you choose as your co-founder, you might have decided that you wanna come out clean and build a good reputation, what i can tell you is to make sure who ever you take as your partner is on the same page with you, finding good people online this days is very difficult, if I would say, look for someone you can trust in your area who can do the job

Yeah that's exactly what i am searching for, the escrow is working fine now and i am in the final development stages, I can handle everything myself but i read some articles that a team of 1 won't last long and this is the reason i am trying to find a co-founder.
Anyways, i hope for the best and thanks for the encouragement! Will work hard to offer a great service for the crypto community!
