Exchanges and KYC

Should exchanges be allowed to allow deposits of coins without Informing the customer that KYC is required to withdraw. and then refuse to send back the coins if they keep saying the selfie picture wasnt approved due to because my Drivers license is a bit blurry?

i have been approved with many other exchanges with the pictures i provided to Exrates, i have sent them a close up of my drivers license front and back, cant they freaking tell that my drivers licence i am holding with a piece of paper in a selfie is the same one that i sent a close up of?

this is utter and total BS.... i have poor quality camera on my phone so its impossible to take a selfie with my face, the paper and my DL  without any blurry DL that i hold... i dont know what to do. can anyone please help me?

Knock your neighbor's door and ask him to take a selfie which you wanted to submit to the exrates and one this knock the door who has better mobile like Iphone series.

Am not trolling you but you can't do anything other than submitting what they are asking and this has been an issue while using centralized services.Exrates itself a shady exchange and can be compared with a scam exchange for their fake volumes.

Withdraw all the funds from your exchange's wallet ASAP once you get access to it and never return to them again.

They won't give consideration to that reason. You have no option but to ask any from your relatives or friends with a good quality of the camera and take a selfie with your ID.

That's all you need to do. They have the terms of use and 'identity' verification is on it.

See for cryptoccurrency business what is needful is trust and sincerity, and irrespective the trust you built with someone you called customs never fund his wallet or send he coin without informing him,because the possibility for he to denied your coin is there.
Everyone have to be conscious on some certain transactions currently.
