I think the beta site of the new Ninjastic Space is missing an important search feature that the old version of the service had. I don't see 'Ignore Topic' anywhere. it's a cool option to have. It removes all search results from a particular thread that you don't want displayed. Does that exist in beta.ninjastic.space under a different name and if not could you please add it?

Not yet, I'm still thinking about how to organize the UI so it's not too cluttered.

My idea is to allow you to fully exclude authors/topics/boards, making the results more precise (including the number of results). Right now the ninjastic.space "ignore topic" button only hides the results from the list, but they are still returned.

That would be a game changer.
Even older Ninjastic website gives better search results than all alternatives I tried so far.
Biggest issues I had with search is when I include more than one word, this was giving me a lot of mixed incorrect results.
Maybe you could add a bit more information on user profiles, like DT status, or indicator if account is banned.

New update!

I revamped the search filters a bit, including the UI. Now you can also explicitly say that you don't want to return posts from a list of authors, topics, or boards.

- Added exclude authors
- Added exclude topics
- Added exclude boards

- The user filters (that is: authors, quoted users, merits from) now have username searching (you can also search by UID)!

Since this morning, neither the web version nor the mobile version of Ninjastic is loading.
It is showing a blank page.
I checked the beta version and it is also showing an error message.
Is there a major update happening on the page or is there a technical problem?

It's fixed now.

Everything should be back to normal.

Turns out someone connected to my ollama service and tried to download (and use) a bunch of LLM models, so my server ran out of space.

Probably after I implement the addresses feature (much improved, of course), which is what's missing from the original ninjastic.space. The main thing is that it can't lack what the OG version had, all features and beyond.

The fact I'm rewriting it from the ground means it's easier to implement new features, so there is a lot of room for improvements.

It is showing that I have made only 2 posts on 2nd May which is wrong as I have made 6 posts. Maybe it is because of the hack and some data got missed and not recovered.



Everything is working flawlessly as before. I am posting this because probably (IMO) many campaign managers are counting posts via the notifier's bot and this can lead to some miscalculations.

Yes, that's because of the downtime.

I'm working on a tool to automatically monitore and scrape missing posts for whenever a new downtime happens. In the meanwhile I ran a script to scrape missing posts from may 1 until today, so all missing posts should have been added.

I think there are some issues with Ninjastic.space recording posts changes history. I just checked more than 10 edited posts and none of the edits had been recorded by Ninjastic.space.

Hey @TryNinja. Today i was exploring beta.ninjastic.space. and after some times the site got down.. and showing HTTP ERROR 502..
also ninjastic.space isn't loading.
Is there any server side issue? or it's problem on my side? I also check with mobile data, still it  isn't loading.

My server provider had to do an emergency migration today at 11:59. I just noticed what happened, so downtime was around 40 minutes.

I'm restoring service right now.

Tried to see all the post i made in a particular board (bitcoin discussion precisely) but i saw a message that 'something went wrong'. I also tried to see posts in other boards but still got same message but when i clicked on posts in the last 30 days it appeared. Does it mean that it is not possible to view all posts made in a particular board except those within the range of 30 days?

If there is another way to see all my posts in a particular board i will appreciate the help.

I had to use my phone browser to load it now and it opened. Don't know why it's not opening from my PC

Anyways, thanks for quick reply. Maybe I will just be using my phone each time I needed to open all posts from a particular board.

Try a different desktop browser? It doesn't hurt to have a few installed. I use different browser for different purposes: Firefox, Chromium, Brave, Opera, Tor and more. Sometimes a site doesn't work in one of them, so I switch to another.

Try deleting browser cache history, or use alternative browsers like Brave, Firefox and similar forks.
There is also new Ninjastic beta version, so you can try using that if it works for you.
