Am not going to say whether the team made a mistake or not, but am going to try to give you some solution strategies the team could have adopted to fight the price dump caused by low liquidity.

1. The team would have written a smart contract where the tokens for airdrop and bounty hunters would be locked in their individual wallets after distribution and if possible, unlocking should happen in batches.

2. In the case where the team can not write the smart contract, they would have distributed the tokens in batches, not just distribute everything at ones, if the tokens were distributed in batches, where a group of 20 to 30 people receive their token every 14 days, as long as the team is very active in development, the price of the token wouldn't have dumped the way it dumped this past few days.

This is not entirely true.
1. The drop in the token price started even before the distribution of tokens among bounty-hunters. This is very easy to track.
2. Tokens were distributed by the bounty manager. I'm sure not everyone has received them yet.
On the one hand, the team is doing something, they have launched their own exchange, but on the other hand, who will be in demand for it? Preliminary agreements are required with other projects that would list their tokens immediately after the exchange is launched. And now we have a standard exchange without bidding.

1. I know the token price started dumping even before bounty participants started receiving their tokens, what I said above is based on a circumstance where the main reason for a sharp drop in price of the token is as a result of bounty participants dumping the tokens

2. I also know that the team have launched their own exchange, but without heavy marketing, who's going to know that p2p exchange even exist?? Do you even know what it means to run a successful crypto exchange??? Without proper financing, you are not going to go far,trust me.

Wait, I want to understand something, you mean the whole supply will be airdropped for free to people registering on your exchange??
If this is what you mean, sorry but it's a very wrong decision and a very bad way to start.
Have you thought about people registering on your exchange not because they want to trade there, but because they want to get the airdrop? They get the airdrop, dump it and move on to their preferred exchange.
Instead of airdropping the whole supply, why don't you airdrop a very small amount, and spend the rest on promotion and marketing???
