I agree and that is also the reason why comfort zone can become your biggest ally when times are stable but your biggest enemy once times change and you cannot adapt to how things have changed. There are people who actually lifted their earnings during the corona virus times just by being more active and understanding the market need and shifting their focus towards it.

The same situation might become a problem for someone who is deep into his/her comfort zone and an opportunity for someone who has the sharpness and active nature of reacting based on the situation.

There are so many food delivery chains grown to great extent just because they followed the guidelines and helped people get their food which was nothing but realizing the need of the hour and modeling your business around it.

Even when times are stable and you are having a well paying (and safe) job, you should try to improve your skill set. If you think that you can do that once the requirement arises, then you are mistaken. In today's world, you always need to be prepared to face adverse situations. Gone are the days when the employees enjoyed job stability and stable increments. Average salaries have increased, and along with that instability as well.

If we try to study history , there are also pandemic/s happened worse than what we are facing right now. And I agree that people needs motivation right now because too much are suffering from hunger and there are who lost their lives. And also due to economic crush, too many companies faced bankruptcy, I'm hoping that we can all recover from this pandemic.

In the current situation, not only motivation is needed but also the necessities of life such as food and so on, motivation can only make people who are economically weak due to the pandemic remain enthusiastic to live it.
Even though they have received assistance from the government that has been determined, I think they are still lacking and they still need help from those of us who can afford it.
and but what I see is that because I feel bored with the conditions that exist due to the pandemic, they realize that they have to stand alone and make a living with the existing crearif or skills so that their needs can be met and motivated by themselves

There are instances of similar pandemics in the past. But they occurred long time back. The last one of such a scale occurred in 1918-20 (Spanish flu pandemic). And that was more than a hundred years ago. Back then, around 500 million people got infected and 4% to 10% of them died. This time, the number of infected has already crossed the 100 million mark, and the fatality rate is 1% to 2%. However, we can't directly compare these two. Back then, the world population was much lower. And the medical science was not that advanced. So a lot of people died due to lack of quality medical care.

Spanish flu is not the deadliest pandemic ever reported in human history. That distinction goes to the Black Death (1346–1353). Up to 200 million people died in this pandemic. This pandemic reduced the world population by anywhere from 10% to 40%.

In Europe between 40 and 70% of the population died. Think about that. Entire towns were wiped out. Compared to it, the current epidemic is nothing. Obviously, if someone in your family has died or is affected you need more motivation, but in general what has affected people the most are the restrictions imposed.

Even in peacetime when everything is calm (when no wars, no covid, no incidents happen) people need motivation to do anything. Without proper motivation people become lazy and do their work without efforts. This concerns everything from reading educational books and learning languages to the hardest work.
- You cannot compare between the pandemic years and peaceful years, our dynamics in peacetime only remain low when the economic pressure is not too great, we are very comfortable in any work and decide, even become very lazy people and lack progress, motivation in this stage is not required. But during the pandemic years, the failure of the economy and jobs, even many people lost loved ones and fell before their fate, people really need a lot of motivation to get through these years

I think this is every worst situation for all, especially those who are suffering from the pandemic, so we have one option that is to find a way to turn it into positive.
Many died as well, lost our jobs, our businesses and everything, so we really couldn't say it's a blessing. But in this condition, we should just look forward and think about of next-generation future. otherwise, our upcoming generation will also suffer as now we are facing
Covid19 really affect people seriously in different ramifications, some people give off their life, and some lost their Jobs that keep food on their table, so its causes different damage on life during last year, and even some businesses shutdown due quantum's of expiring products today and no capital to purchase new products to start up business. And another aspect of it, is that covid19 taught people lesson on how to conserved both finance and food, so people now has learnt a lesson.

This pandemic has taken a lot of things which includes jobs, properties and even lots of lives. In our country, we've been quarantined for more than a year now and we're actually used to it. We normalized the quarantined life and I think that's how everyone should adopt the changes caused by this pandemic. We couldn't survive if we're emotionally weak. There are still positive things that we have to look into. Everything will still get back to normal especially now that we have vaccines against the virus.

Yes. We must motivate and empower each other. This pandemic heavily impacted our daily lives and many are suffering from mental health problem so we must reach out and lend a helping hand to our family and friends. This pandemic taught us a lot of things and one of this is the importance of family. This of this as a challenge and with the arrival of vaccines and vaccination program we will be able to get thru this. let us be more compassionate and caring during these challenging times.

I mean, the alternative which is being an asshole and bitter with each other is only going to make matters much worse since negativity is proven to be a bad thing for mental and physical health. I hope that everyone becomes compassionate but given how we see a lot of people being an asshole caught on camera, I find it hard to believe that we can get through this without a touch of negativity.

Everyone in Covid-19 needs motivation to move forward with positive thinking no matter how bad the situation. Not only sound health but his alertness and dedication too are most required even in this personal catastrophe you have given the highest priority to your own responsibilities a little earlier today I had the opportunity to hear from many of you friends. Many innovative ideas which they have found their own way to deal with the problem this is the biggest way to success how you can adapt the original idea to the local environmen many have worked in extraordinary and fancy ways.

We should never stop thriving for making our future great. Yes, the pandemic has affected many countries, jobs etc. badly. But if we don't make an effort to make up for the loss and be better, we won't have a bright future.

I have to be honest with you guys. Despite that I am blessed with my crypto and blockchain work at home opportunity since the pandemic began, I started to get bored every day doing the same routine.

I mostly work late night with my videos and other stuff, then I sleep the whole morning. I usually combine my breakfast and lunch (a.k.a. BRUNCH), spending a little time with mom and dad, and then go back again to my room for another work. Then late afternoon, I go out to mall, coffee shop, supermarket, etc., to simply balance my time in both work, relaxing my mind and a little bit of physical stuff.

After that, I got home before the curfew hours here in the city which is 10 PM to 4 AM, eat my dinner, cleaning stuff, taking a shower and go back working again. This routine goes on and on we’re classified between 3rd and 4th strictest quarantine level (I endured the strictest quarantine by not going out for 2 months last mid-March to mid-May 2020).

Of course I was motivated to get back on track since I don’t like to be bankrupt or experiencing the worst point of my life again. I don’t make this pandemic as an excuse, so I just kept looking for opportunities on the internet until I got at least one. Then, I have enhanced my skills and become a full-time Youtuber and interview host at the same time. I’m just blessed to be given opportunities like this that would help me pay my monthly bills, contribute to my family, upgrading my home studio, investing more into NFTs, long-term coins and tokens, etc.

When this pandemic is over, I would not hesitate booking a flight to travel abroad again and reunite with my international crypto friends that I’m connected since 2019, and attend more conferences.

Maybe we can count ourselves lucky to be working in this field, I can imagine what you're talking about. But I know many people are not so lucky, it is precisely the outbreak of the disease that has made many people unable to maintain their current lives, we all need to try harder to help the epidemic soon died and life returned to normal.

Yes in our current situation people need motivation to live and survive. Due of pandemic people Suffered and worry regards on the risk and effects of this virus. It's really difficult to live specially we have a lot of kids and infant , some parents worries about to fed their child, some lost their Job, and millions of people passed away because of this Covid-19 virus. That's why we are here to live, survive and give courage in life. Remember the Golden rules an always pray and keep safe your family.

Isn't that the way how civilization works, you have to continue innovating and living because that's the only way for the species to survive. The problem is that the people or some of the public is pretty stubborn and thinks like they know better than anyone including the scientific community and they cause the virus to spread much worse which prolongs the pandemic.

Isn't that the way how civilization works, you have to continue innovating and living because that's the only way for the species to survive. The problem is that the people or some of the public is pretty stubborn and thinks like they know better than anyone including the scientific community and they cause the virus to spread much worse which prolongs the pandemic.

At least a section of the population behaved recklessly during the COVID pandemic. But at the same time, we have to agree that agencies such as the WHO were clueless during the initial phases. They made so many irresponsible statements, which made the impact from the pandemic worse. If air travel from China was banned during the early stages, then the virus wouldn't have spread this fast. But the WHO assured everyone that there is no need to do that. And the biggest irony is that the joker Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus still has his job despite causing so many deaths.

If the government and the companies that do work from home set up have done their part, then it will only be on the person's part that is going to be needed to fulfill to see if they are still doing well physically and mentally during the quarantine. Everyone being mentally sound and physically sound in pandemic sounds easy but not everyone has a supportive government or a job during the quarantine so we as some of the privileged few, we have to be thankful with what we got.

In my experience, this has been the worst crisis I've ever faced in my life. It was the toughest and for sure, for others barely has the ability to survive, they went through it much tougher. Each and everyone needs motivation considering the fact that we are usually alone in our thoughts due to the social distancing protocol and we cannot meet with our friends that much anymore due to the restrictions. If we wouldn't help out each other through encouragement, let us find ways on how we can ease the suffering of others, let us try to be sympathetic and try to picture ourself in their situation.

That section of people that you were mentioning was enough to cause the problem to further explode look at USA having a gathering during the height of the pandemic, after the event, cases spiked. Another example is India, I forgot the event that a lot of people went too but they were also enough to cause a big spike to the infection. In my country, the problem is that the government is incompetent and they have a delayed, exaggerated and sometimes suppressed counting of the cases so the people gets confused.
