Knowing biology well doesn't have anything to do with it, because nobody has but the barest inkling of how biology really works.

Since (you say) the virus is not detected quickly by the body, no wonder the PCR test has to multiply it thousands of times to even see it. Why doesn't the PCR test multiply other "things," as well? Because PCR is a trick to make everybody think that there is an inordinate amount of Covid around.

If this is true, it's because the doctors and nurses are the people who believe medical propaganda most. They haven't strengthened their immune systems with the only things that works... good nutrition and good mental vibes. Why haven't they? Because they live what they believe... that medicine is good and nutrition is simply something you gotta do in life.

most issues with immune system is the immune system unable to absorb the nutriants it would need. so just eating more wont cause your system to absorb more.
Most healthy people remain healthy because they have a good attitude. This means that they have wished themselves to be healthy subconsciously, and because they are nutritionally healthy, they don't have the need to wish themselves to be healthy. They are there already.
It's called placebo effect. It's pretty hard to make yourself healthy when the doctors and nurses tell you that you are sick simply by existing, and by prescribing medication for your malady. After all, you don't take medication when you don't need it. So, if somebody prescribes medication for you, he is telling you that you are sick.
The point regarding Covid is, it seems to exist because we are constantly being told that it exists, not because it would exist otherwise.

Until you recognize the complexity of the working of materials and diseases, you will never really understand what is going on.

yes having a balanced diet can allow your body to have enough variety to have the nutriants it wants/needs. but without the overdose that can cause adverse effects of trying to reject/excrete/filter out the overdose of nutriants.
you cant just supercharge your immune system above normal human capacity. and you cant in most cases reactivate an immune system that is damaged.
All that medicine and other poisons do, is to bypass the nutrition overdose idea. Nutrition is good for you. Stop eating for a month and you will see that you need nutrition. Poison is bad for you, just like overeating (an excess of nutrients). But the poison is there suddenly when you take medication. Parts of your body go into shock when you take medication... because your body recognizes it as poison. Overeating, because nutrition is good, is hidden a bit from your body regarding the bad effects it can cause. But, if the overeating is overeating of good nutrition, the body can handle it without going into shock like it does from medicine.
The disadvantage of shock is that it weakens your whole body if it is continued. You are missing some of the main points of nutrition vs medication.

Nobody gets high-load infected. To the nutritionally healthy doctor, the highest dose from being around sick patients means nothing. The healthy body can handle it. You can see this from all the doctors and nurses who never get sick, even when they are around hundreds or thousands of sick patients. High-load infected has nothing to do with it.
You would have to submerse the healthy body in a literal tank of Covid, thereby drowning it just like drowning it in a tank of water, before the healthy body would die.
How does a body remain healthy? Good nutrition, and good mental/spiritual vibes.

than to inhale 1mill particles in one breath.
them 3 days can make the difference of having time for your body to respond and stop it going much above 1mill. however 1mill in one breath can multiply to a billion before the same response by which time its too late
One thousand particles of a virus isn't nearly enough for a nutritionally healthy body. We need a lot more of the virus to live off it... as a healthy body takes the virus apart, and dissolves it to use its component parts for their nutrition value. Get enough viruses, and you won't have to eat as much of certain kinds of foods. Your body will let you know which foods you can cut out.
i know you want herd immunity naturally. but be smart and actually advocate safe practices of low viral load infections. stop trying to push people into high dose high risk situations
Herd immunity really isn't the question, and never was. Good health through good nutrition and good vibes was always the question. And it is good health that the medical is against in its leadership, and uncertain of in its lower echelons.
Wake up and see that Covid is almost nothing. The people who get it in a bad way, are people who are not very healthy in the first place. You don't need a vaccine or medication for Covid. Why not? Because Covid, itself, is simply the "vaccine" against unhealthy living, poor nutrition, and an unhappy mind.
Get happy and healthy, and disease won't affect you.
