As per the comments from some other users too, the site is not optimized for the mobile usage. Have you tried making an account using laptop or PC ?

I think you will not face this issue if you use a desktop instead of mobile.

I have used another browser on my phone and was able to create account. And found the site isn't optimized well for mobile usage as you and other people mentioned. While I login with laptop it looks little better.

I have no problem in the end as I always gamble with my Laptop.

But the dice game is unique and seems better.

That's what I noticed as well, never seen this kind of design in other site so it's worth trying this site.

But still i will keep on asking that, is the site not compatible with mobile version?
I am unable to see chat box after Registration.
Neither i am able to see my balance in the mobile version.
And the game also tends to be slow in my One Plus Device.

Did you try to reach them up on their support email or in the site? maybe by there they are actively responding to the users question. But also I'm sure they want to improve their site but the one problem I see here is they don't have active support on this forum to answer any queries and suggestions of the users here.

We do keep a note of everything , that has been written so far on this thread so far, and eventually compile the list of updates based on posts, and push them to the main server.
I'm working for a temporarly fix for the mobile users, as we speak.

I check your ToS and FAQ pages, I can not find what I aim at:
- KYC requirements: No
- VPN: not mentioned. Is it allowed?
- IP adress: not mentioned. Is there no rule on IP address to detect and prevent cheaters?
- Restricted locations, areas: not mentioned.
-Deposit: How many confirmations are used to credit deposit amount to user account?

VPN: We don't block them.
IP: Not at the moment, since we aren't connected to a database of ips of cheaters at this point.
No restricted locations as of now, and even if we will have restricted locations in the future(Because of the iGaming license, the users will get notified, and of course, they will be able to withdraw their balances.
Deposit: 5 confirmations on ETH, and 1 on BTC.

Did you try to reach them up on their support email or in the site? maybe by there they are actively responding to the users question. But also I'm sure they want to improve their site but the one problem I see here is they don't have active support on this forum to answer any queries and suggestions of the users here.

Glad to see the updates for the mobile users. Is there any plan for introduction of the app for the android user too as currently we can only play on the browsers in the mobile.

There are many type licenses you have to prepare it. you should know how many users do you have are located in a restricted area. If you look at Curacao license; they have exception like; Jurisdictions which allow only licensing for online gambling operators but do not allow them to provide services within the country, but they impose no restriction on any foreign license holders to operate. (ex. Costa Rica)

there is no pop-up notification when registering users must use a capital letter in front of the username. We do not have any Minimum bets.
Our maxbet is always based on the current bankroll size. If no bankroll, you can't place bet for that currency.

You should consider implementing provably fair. Currently dice rolls are AI generated without any sort of verification. Almost willing to guarantee you'll draw a few more users once implemented so users have peace of mind while playing. Other than that, the site looks great. Many users won't touch it without a provably fair system.

Below post by OP is the reason for the problem you got:

The reason you cannot place bets with ETH, is beacuse the bankroll is too low.

Similar post was made earlier when OP answered my question about ETH bankroll which is only 0.00000001ETH
If the problem occurs when you bet with btc then it is a different problem that needs to be fixed.
But if the problem occurs with ETH bet only then it is simply because the site has no ETH bankroll to pay ETH bets.

" he said 10 satoshi both eth "  maybe he mean to say he bet 10 satoshi  for btc and also 10 satoshi in eth or ethtoshi  and still got an error for but cryptos .  the amount if its 10 ethtoshi is pretty low so its impossible to say that they dont have the bankroll to pay for that kind of bet or maybe the site has a zero eth balance that time but thats also unlikely if to happen if they are the casino owner .  i got the same error sometimes but  that was on other sites . this error is mostly general and nothing to do with the bets , currency , etc
