Peoples fine it difficult to understand what is cryptoccurrency most especially bitcoin, but their interested over cryptoccurrency.
I just suggest that their should be a TEXT BOOK that will discuss about cryptoccurrency in order to educate people who are interested because referring them to online shows that know Manuel evidence of cryptoccurrency. And if their is any article that guide bitcoin.

Although your write up is not too clear but it's like you point is, how do we.make bitcoin/cryptocurrency easier for those who are not understanding it. Well, I believe if you search for books on cryptocurrency you will see, our interactions here makes it easy to learn more about bitcoin, anyone who can read it in the book will also read here to and even with better advantage of discussion/interactions. Did you learn your from books? As spending money requires senses, so also dealing with cryptocurrency requires some common attention.

I suppose most people don't really need to know in-depth technical aspects of Bitcoin as I assume knowing its basics might suffice for anyone who wants to try it.

There is a ton of Youtube videos and reference materials that can be found on the net including information from this forum. If anyone is really interested to learn about it then I also think they might find it interesting as long as they have enthusiasm.

There are already decent books like Andreas Antonopoulos' The Internet of Money. Though I still think YouTube and internet research is the way to go as it's safe to assume that the majority prefer using the internet over reading physical books.

Also, the difficulty of understanding Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies completely depends on what aspect(technical, economical, etc) a certain person is actually trying to understand.

Lastly, let's not forget that the concept of having a decentralized non-custodial currency is really really new, hence don't expect people to grasp the concept easily. In the first place, it's safe to assume that most people don't even understand how money in general works, what more a quite-new invention like Bitcoin.

Interest is a factor on why people are finding something hard to understand this applies to all aspects. Bitcoin isn't that difficult to understand if we will just put time into studying it and getting in depth with its parts and what makes bitcoin. Yeah there are some complex part about bitcoin but you can make ways if you are really interested in learning bitcoin, you can find someone or join seminars don't just focus on textbooks/articles.

Bitcoin is easy to understand for those who understand the nature of money and those who want to learn it. A book is redundant, just one video, it needs to be explained simply, intuitively, and easy to understand.
A cash-only person doesn't care what bitcoin does because he just likes cash and doesn't want to participate in things he doesn't understand.

It differs on the degree of interest. If one is interested in cryptocurrency very deeply then a text book is comprehensive and detailed enough for it. But if one is interested in the basics, then I guess resources such as https://bitcoin.org/ may be enough, with the help of articles, podcasts, videos, and so on.

Countless of times have I tried to understand Bitcoin a little deeper but then after numerous encounters of words and phrases which are too alien for me, I ended up settling with the very basic.

I would recommend to read Bitcoin whitepaper rather than blog/press or youtube videos because most of them doesn't really complete to explain what bitcoin it is. Now bitcoin.org already listed 31 new language [1] , it will help for those people who didn't really understand on English language.

I actually disagree with this. I wouldn't be surprised if a typical non-techie person would be turned off if he/she asks about Bitcoin and we just present the whitepaper. There are other far easier to understand articles out there that are better fit for the masses, like this one(in my opinion): https://www.coindesk.com/learn

People need to understand bitcoin how they can use bitcoin properly, such as what the bitcoin wallet address, how they can send the satoshi to another wallet, and their wallet address can give or share to others, how to know when the transaction completed. You don't have to know about the fee because it will be automated adjust to current situations. Still, you can learn it later when you already familiar with the previous lesson.

You don't have to learn a complicated lesson about bitcoin, such as how the blockchain works, how the transaction can be submitted to the network, and else because that will need more information. Besides that, you can learn it by yourself by reading many sources on the internet and watching many video tutorials or guidelines on Youtube.

Besides that, you can read the bitcoin whitepaper on the https://bitcoin.org/en/, and you can find everything you want to know about bitcoin on that site.

There's more than enough educational materials, but Bitcoin is indeed hard to understand for people without good background in software - understanding Bitcoin requires a knowledge of the basics of modern cryptography, without it you won't understand how mining works, how blocks and transactions are verified, how transactions are signed and so on. Most people probably don't need to fully understand how Bitcoin works, just like most users don't understand how cars or computers work - they just need to know how to use it properly.

Textbook? They can always use their internet to look for all the information they need to know about bitcoin. I don't believe that those people are really interested about bitcoin, they are just making it look like they are interested, but the truth is, they don't. Also, people like to be spoonfed, they will only be interested if you do everything for them, that's why if there is a person who will tell me that they don't understand bitcoin, they can use the internet to fully understand it. That is when you will know if they are really interested, if they will do their own research or not.

They find it difficult to understand because of the bad reputation that the mainstream media shows about bitcoin. When there are scams and hacks, they think that it's all bitcoin's fault which they think that it has its own understanding and thought to move alone.

The mainstream media never made it clear that bitcoin is the same as any other online payment method which can be used for both good and bad purposes.

Extremely right, due to the massive scam incidents that make bitcoin and the other crypto reputation becomes bad to the eye of the people but the fact the users on it who are lack of knowledge that makes them being scammed.

Physical books isn't necessary, once people engage on the internet they will possibly learn about the bitcoin and the technology. You can simply browse to find those information regarding bitcoin. We should teach them the usage of bitcoin not just the way the will earn through crypto.

It obvious that not everyone like to read online and comprehend and some bookish people like note book
More than internet evidence.
That's the problem some have.

This reminds me of 20 years ago when in my country the government started putting people's wages in the bank, the most critical people said that people were very illiterate and would not be able to use ATM to receive their wages, today everyone knows how to use ATM and not it takes even many minutes to learn how to use ATM. That is why I believe that things only become difficult when we have no interest in them. People will not need to be learning very technical things about bitcoin, just that they learn basic things that everything will go well. See that nowadays even 10 year old children can use facebook, instagram and whatsapp without any difficulties, I do not believe that using bitcoin would be difficult for most people in the world

It will be difficult to understand if the person who is trying to learn has no any backgrounds related it. Commonly those who are already old are the one who has probably the highest chance of not understanding cryptocurrency technology.

But I highly believe they can understand bitcoin if they will give more time learning about it.

See that nowadays even 10 year old children can use facebook, instagram and whatsapp without any difficulties, I do not believe that using bitcoin would be difficult for most people in the world
If I were to ask it is really difficult to understand how does the bitcoin works, what is it and also what are the meaning of the terminologies we are using when we are inside the crypto world. That's why when I first enter the bitcoin talk campaign I find it difficult because there are terminologies I don't understand like the word binance but now I can completely understand what is it because I am staying here for years.
