How will it work ?
Miners can spend their coins directly on our site (company then sells that amount on exchange or hold and maintain stock supply - buy new products.
Company reserve (premine) will also act as prevention from price changing . example : you spend 100 coins for xy article. (in time of buying exchange price is 0,003 , but before we exchange coins - exchange drops to 0,0027 - since we are company we have to cover this loss in sum of 11 coins out of company reserve - and not from my pocket like most would like)
and since we are here for long term - we just have to have premine- only fair thing to do if you want us here for more than one month.
I am pretty sure price will stabilize in reasonable time and this intervention will no longer be needed.
Remeber we are putting know-how into project and also some cash and first stock supply, but we aint santa-clauss.

Major differences to other altcoins
1st : our coin will be really rare - only 525600 coins ever. not billions, not even million,
2nd : from day 1 after exchange launch you will be able to spend and do something with coins = good base for grow rate.

Why so much premine ?
we need that to act as reserve for shop operations+dev. in future must be take care off.
Premine is relatively low with amount of know-how we are putting into project and complex of transactions (TFS/BTC - BTC/USD - USD/EUR - all volatile.

scam is anything below 10 % premine IMO- but people just dont get it.
how can someone operate legal company behind coin when he is giving 98 % away for example.
can not image and have not yet meet person in real world that would set up company (lets say for 1000 EUR which is low + not to mention know-how ) and then give next minute 98 % away.

Ok so to make it clear, you are a normal fellow working with some experience on the bussiness end, having contacts, etc and not representing an established company. You are however going to start a new licensed company for trading with the website accepting TFS, etc and will post all the details on the website when you get to it. Fair enough.

Also you haven't mentioned what the store is going to be selling. Is it the same gift programs / funny gifts that your current company is dealing with? If you are offering store sales and IPO, I think the most important thing that needs to be mentioned is what the currency can be used to purchase.

This is by far the worst launch I've seen in a while. Not only the premine but it will compile as litecoind & litecoin-qt, no nodes set up etc. Why the effort "devs"? Failed at day one.
