So the premine is to reduce the loss that you incur cause of price instability, or a crash.
But this's not going to help you cover the losses for long. Just initially. So what are the long time plans for such losses?
Why not link the prices of the good to they exchange, so they vary by time depending on the prices in the exchange? And when someone buys something, sell the TFS at the same time.
Why not sell the coins at a high price to ensure that you'll not go through the loss and instead profit?
Can't these solutions not be seen as an alternative to premine?
Also it's not always about money, it's about good design also.
For e.g. most of the coins that I've predicted to be a success are a success unless the dev's gone missing. You can see UnionCoin as the most prominent e.g. although the design is kind of unstable, but compared to other alts, it's irons out a lot of flaws in them, as a result it's
support is fantastic. And it never even had a dev. But it failed to come to an exchange probably cause of it's unsuitability.
The striking feature of this coins does not lie in the wallet and it's design -- it lies on that e-commerce website that has been launched. If this doesn't turn out to be a scam, this's a major leap in the altcoin market and even the e-commerce industry.
This gives pointer in the future to things like 'ebay coin', Amazon coin, newegg coin -- and we already have cryptsy points.
Most of these will be based on ideas of this crypto.
