You have been playing for 3 yrs, then you should have know that you have nothing to worry about. You can contact their support to at least see the situation of your withdrawal, maybe it is only delayed or what. The only one who can answer that is them.

it's not that you have done something, there could be a verification because it's a big amount, create a ticket dm the representative here and wait for at least 24 hours and if nothing happens then that is the time to post the issue here.

Perhaps you are just being panic, just wait more hours. Big transaction like this will perhaps it takes days because gambling sites were commonly verify first the all winners that has a huge money to withdraw and just like what you have said, --1.4 bitcoin is quite big. You also contact their support for this matter, I suggest you to have patiently wait before taking action like this. Dont be afraid, they are have good reputation in the forum.

take it easy all your withdrawals will definitely be successful and as much as possible you will always see your email and spam email there may be a withdrawal confirmation from Fortunejack support who will contact you who are interested in withdrawing confirmation and you only need to reply "yes it is me" then your withdrawal will be sent to your wallet. fortunejack will never be a scam.

I'm pretty sure that you are confident that you are playing in a trusted and reputable gambling site, the fact that you've been playing there for the last three years and have deposited a big amount, if you are not used at getting your withdrawal even though  it's automatic withdrawal it's quite  alarming but there instances that some gambling sites trigger a notification and verification from admins if the withdrawal is a big amount.
Do contact or create a ticket,  you should have an answer within 48 hours if not you have the option to escalate this issue to complaint issue.

You should give it time to the process, and I think you can check on the blockchain to see how many confirmations of that transaction. But I wonder why you made withdraw for 1,4 btc instead to divide for small amount. If you worry about the fee, that does not make sense because you win so much money, so even if it is big, it is not too big compared to your winning. If you withdraw for a small amount, I think your transaction doesn't have to wait for a long time to have full confirmation. Just wait for a while.

May be they are investigating your account if you have won through any illegal mean. Casino does this when it comes withdrawing big amount. Anyway, if your account is verified, you have nothing to worry about.

I'm guessing withdrawing it in smaller portions would make the process more faster since some casinos have a manual process when it comes to bigger withdrawal requests.

@OP just wait sometimes the process could take several hours (up to 24 hours) which is normal in a few casinos since they do security checks.

We can't blame OP he is just excited to get his winnings I would too if I have won a big amount but you are right some gambling casinos they do have a manual process, it's verification to check if things are done properly OP has done the right thing making this thread delay and not escalate it to scam issue, because it will harm the reputation of FortuneJack without a valid reason.
I hope things will be resolved I'm sure if this is resolved OP will continue to play here and might even promote FortuneJack.

That is one big money and everyone really will worried if transaction will going to push through. 1.4 BTC is really that great withdrawals. We know how excited OP could be in this kind of winnings even myself if I am in the situation of OP I can't help myself to sleep well. Anyway, transferring btc will surely take time depending on the transaction being made like higher fees for faster transaction. AFAIK, FortuneJack has slow process of withdrawal requests in the weekends especially for the bigger amount like yours so no need to worry about unless you did something wrong.Contact their forum representative for any further explanation but just wait for it atleast 24 hours before calling them scam because they are here for very long time.

@rohitgames this is not the first time that I’m reading about FJ withdrawals problems, and it probably won’t be the last too because they have clarified in the past that all withdrawals are subject to standard protocols. Furthermore I consider them as a legit casino because even though they pay late, they’ll release your funds if you’re a legit user, and you can also read justpoor story where he had complained about a delay in withdrawal of 2000+ LTC, but eventually FJ paid him.

You already have two threads, one here and one in the scam section as if you are promoting Fortunejack as a nonpaying gambling site, when it's not even one week, and it's weekend, it's ok to worry but not to the point that you are ruining the reputation of Fortunejack without valid reason that they are not paying, better lock both thread or the one in the scam section.

As we are saying, you don't have to worry about the delay. Fortunejack won't let their reputation be damaged with this kind of transaction as long as you're eligible and have a valid transaction.

They will not scam you. The withdrawal at fortune is not instant so you have to wait sometime or probably give them a 48 hrs times because of the weekend. Also as a reference, can you post the screenshot of your withdrawal section at fortunejack so we really know you have initiated a withdrawal of 1.4 BTC.
