I think that while small withdrawals are automatic with big ones like 1 BTC a manual confirmation is needed.

You made the withdrawal right before the weekend so just wait until Monday and if nothing happens open a ticket or write an email to support.

Once it has confirmations, you will receive your withdrawal funds.

The thing is this is just a delay as what OP said in this thread title,But there is no update till now,maybe FJ is reaching out for him and clearing this issue.

So at the end everything was okay. I do not judge about anybody, but maybe it took some time to verify and check your transactions and they wanted to be sure the money was won on a legit way.

In any case this happens again, you could contact their support but you should check your email first. Casinos don't usually allows withdrawal of huge amount of BTC. Though, some casinos have their KYC level. Meaning, the more personal information you provide, the more BTC you could withdraw. That is to avoid being abused by hackers even if we know that cryptocurrency casinos are hard to be hacked.

AFAIK, they are requiring for an email verification with such withdrawals. Check your email maybe there's an email from them and you have to confirm it.

And when you're done, the withdrawal with push through but if not, contact the support.

I think what livingfree means is that you need to verify the withdrawal request, so have you checked your email and do you get any emails from them regarding your withdrawal.
There are some cases when players need verify that the withdrawal is indeed requested by real account's owners.
Other cases, your withdrawal is on hold as they need to verify your winning bets first.
I do believe contacting them privately is a better way for your situation, hopefully you'll get your money asap.

Besides, fortunejack has been operating for so long that if they are a fraud they should have ran long time ago. Complaints against Fortunejack is not at all new on this forum but as far as I have seen all the times, FJ wins at the end by either processing the withdraw request after verifying the legitimate of the player or by denying the request by providing enough proof on where the player violated their TOS. It means if your withdraw is getting delayed, it means your activity is under surveillance and your money will arrive at your address if you are clean in all means.

Here is one classy example where FJ proved their stand on denying a withdraw request:

Only those long time running casino since their are new scam there users and we see that here for so many times, but in the case of fortunejack for sure there's a reason behind the delays and for sure investigation is ongoing and they will process it once all is clear and they didn't find any illegal activity conducted by OP. Best for now is to follow up on what's going on and update to the admins since Im sure they will settle it very soon.

Yeah, fortunejack is certainly a place everyone can trust, they have been around for a very very long time (even just the topic here is over 6 years old and they have been around for a bit more, that is over 50% of bitcoins existence) and I could tell you that whenever I am looking for a new place to go hang around (sometimes gambling at the same place gets boring) I came back to this place eventually. It has everything you can ask from a casino, a sportsbook and basically this place is everything, there is no other place I rather gamble if I have to play at only one place for the rest of my life.

Also maybe I am biased about this place, because it is the only place I am not down big, I am actually up a bit from all the games I played, thanks to both being a bit lucky but also their promotions.
