In my opinion if the problem should be on the gas price. Sometimes even you are thinking you have created a new tx or contract in the ethereum blockchain and you must also take a look at how much gas price that being used. You must put more fees and i just take another tx for the contract creation in ethereum network and what you need to do to see the different between the gas on your tx and this https://etherscan.io/tx/0x96779161907877a0a0303f6479ed65de2b215bf76d4dbcd3031d56e753a4a0e6You are putting very small fees for your contract creation.

Sorry but the network has been congested and it's been that long that it became congested due to the high demand. And that's all because of the defi craze that we're seeing lately. What wallet have you used in doing that?

You have paid $2 in the fees which is way to low Gas to process your transaction. This fee lies in the window of minimum speed of transaction. There is pretty simple suggestion for you to workout this transaction. For this you will have to revert / cancel this on-going transaction. As suggested in the above 2-3 posts you will have to increase the Gas next time you transact. Solution: Don't worry about cancellation, ETH network has ensured you won't stuck like this. All you have to do is send another transaction with "0" ETH on the same contract. This will cancel on-going tx and you can start over fresh. For detailed info please read here:- Replacing / Canceling the Transactions

Making transactions in eth network is a big pain now, imagine the amount they charge for transaction, sometimes I pay $3 - $4 on a single transaction to get it confirmed quickly, this is a nightmare I don't know when it will end, sadly most of my assets are erc20 so u can't transfer using other network.

Yes you can't as long you are sending ETH or any ERC20 tokens you always need to pay for the gas fees and as long as the network is congested you need to pay high fees expect more than 3-4$ that you mention to pay. I think this time having two contract will be a better idea than only relying in ETH platform.

Seriously?
Gas price: 0.000000001 Ether (1 Gwei)
That shit'll never finish. Currently safe low is in the low 100's. So you should have put at least 200-300 gwei

Here you can find the average gas fee for ethereum blockchain network : https://etherscan.io/gastrackerWhich is 135 Gwei at the moment and this is the real reason why your transaction has been in pending status for days, maybe even for weeks if you don't replace it with new gas fee for the same hash. Already people gave link about how to replace the gas fees, so just follow it and get your transaction confirm.

the transaction will not be canceled until there is a sign of success or not, it looks like you are making very low gas so the transaction is slow to process

Thanks to each of you for your help. I imagined that I had paid the $2 fee for the transaction, but in fact the fee was 1gwei, a much smaller amount and that it would take a long time (really) to complete. I tried to speed up the transaction through MetaMask, but it fails. I've already inserted gas much higher, but this error continues to appear: "Contract Deployment Failed remix.ethereum.org"
"intrinsic gas too low" https://i.pinimg.com/originals/66/67/cd/6667cdff86c64ec3167a744194545366.pngI already canceled the transaction and tried again a new transaction to create the contract, but it gives the best error

As far as i know, if any test net has different constant fees that applied to the block. What kind of test net that you have used it to deploy your contract? The constant fees would always be around 21k for the gas. Are you using mist or something else?

The transaction fees now is crazy and Ethereum need to solve this fast, if they think this is going to continue forever that is a joke, there are some projects with promising scaling solutions around now, all they need is just incentives to attract community to their own chain, if this is done, then we are looking at the next big ting in the space

However, now there is the mentioned failure when I try to make the transaction through the metamask.

Indeed it's a big joke man,the gas fee lately is alarming, even if the network is congested the transaction fee shouldn't be that high,a few days ago i tried to make a $14 transaction in eth and I was charged $2.53 for the TX that's about 19% of the amount i wanted to send out, which is pretty high, we can't go on like this, they really need the quick fix this issue else people will just move to something more promising.
