We are a team of computer engineers, holding master degrees in computer science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
Can we get a better picture in regards to anyone that's part of the team?
We will do everything we can to unlock it and bring you back your assets, but you still remain in control and can tell us to abort and delete all traces whenever you prefer.

Hi, and thanks for pointing this out. I have updated the website to hopefully clear things up, and to summarize your questions:
1) Yes, we are a registered company with Norwegian organization- and VAT-number. This is now written in the footer of the webpage.
2) Sure, I uploaded a picture of myself, and will upload picture of those team members who will assist me once I get their approval.
3) I meant that we will delete all our local files and copies we are working on to solve the password.
