Just wondering why there are so few Mt Gox threads when there used to be so many. Most of the ones there are are in legal and there aren't many there. Has the community really recovered from the theft of 850k coins so quickly?!
Its not like nothing is happening either. Gox has just been caught trying to squirell away 200k coins by a legal team and has had to acknowledge that it possess them.

Starting new threads doesn't get the coins returned, people know there is NOTHING they can do, so they've moved on.

There will be things to do though. They've just been caught in possession of 200k coins; a substantial sum. There is a staged legal process.

I don't know what that means.

No, they came forward and announced they 'found' them. Also, making threads about it online isn't going to do anything... if you want to do something retain a lawyer and sue them for what you lost out of those 200k they 'found'.

"No, they came forward and announced they 'found' them."
No, they were found to have them by the investigation of a legal team, then they came forward and announced they 'found' them

Because like copy-and-paste altcoin clones, they get more annoying as time goes on and people just seem to start them up on a whim without checking to see if an existing thread can meet the same purpose that the new thread would have doubled up on otherwise.

Most people that are into Bitcoin enough as to create threads on this forum already got out of MtGox a long time ago. I got out half a year ago (at significant loss because they refused to send my withdrawals). I tried to convince people to get out but nobody would listen so I gave up trying to talk to people about it.

It's not like there is so much to discuss anymore. Gox went bust, coins were lost, now it's time to recover.

"theymos and MagicalTux are business partners ..."
I don't know what that means.
Theymos: owner of this forum MagicalTux: Mark Karpeles: Owner of MtGox business partners: poster seems to imply that Theymos manipulates forum postings for MagicalTux's benefit. Note that _I_ am not making this claim.
