Telegram followers providers - is it working?

People will get annoyed for sure when they get added into groups without their permission so we can't expect them to become an investor.

I think I've seen somewhere that he talks about this, his account was being added to various telegram channels that he didn't even joined. We now have an idea of how it happens.

I thought telegram privacy settings allows people to choose who can add them into groups, if the click no one then these service won't apply to such person, but I guess the thing still goes wrong eve after having privacy setting because even myself experienced so deleted that account completely due to too much of groups gets added into the chat everyday.

You're right being added to agroup without permission will cause mess sometimes but if the project is good and will have good campaign it will turn out as benefit both for the user added and to the group. Well, most projects in crypto are using this kind of service now hoping that in such way they can easily spread their brand awareness.
