How many language do you accep? Can i use Bengali languagefor making video?

The above quoted user have asked in Exchain Video bounty about using Bengali Language in their videos and later submitted two videos. Surprisingly, none of his videos is in Bengali. The videos are in Thai language may be, I'm not sure but they are not in Bengali.
What do you think? Is this user cheating in any way? Why would he ask about Bengali language while he has submited video in other language?

You need to ask bounty manager. not a mandatory rule one person-one account-one video-one translation... if manager satisfied with someone's work and accept his submission, there is no cheating.
I am more sceptical about the legality of this platform.
Anyway, you always can mark with neutral feedback this bounty manager and translator as low quality for further reference.

It's not thai, but vietnam. Nguyen is a common name for vietnamese even though I don't know what it mean.

Hard to say, but I don't see if he's cheating anyway because I saw some person are fluent in many languages. It's another problem if he's using google translator or submitting new video using same channel trough his alt.

I got the point of both of you but it's unlikely that you are asking whether CM accepts Bengali language and after confirmation you have submitted another language. That's what seems suspicious here to me. I will talk with the CM and update here.

I must admit it is kinda weird to ask about whether bounty campaign accepts one language and then submit videos in a completely different one. Who knows, maybe he is bilingual or he is "asking for a friend".
I am looking  at Exchain bounty campaign rules and  there is no mention whatsoever about accepted or not accepted languages or that you have to be approved in order  submit your videos so I don't see any problem here. If each participant has to be approved prior to submitting, then he just didn't follow the rules and would be rejected, but I don't see that.
