A Bitcoin debit card might help and could be what you are looking for. I bookmarked this article a few months ago. They keep updating it so that is good. I have to be honest and say that I have not used any of the mentioned cards, but I have heard about AdvCash and Revolut as usable options. Here is the complete article so you can check it out yourself. https://coinvigilance.com/bitcoin-debit-cards-prepaid-visa-and-mastercard-comparison/

First of all, you should have stated your residence area. Some card issuers are in Europe, others in US, others in Asia/Pacific area and some may be more oriented to Russia (there were 1-2 such in the past, but I didn't follow). I can't tell how well they handle large amounts, but I can surely tell it's expensive to withdraw at ATM, at least from Wirex card. I also have AdvCash, but I didn't use it as much yet. Revolut, as basic account, allows only very limited ATM withdrawal, it's not really a Bitcoin card (you may fund it though with fiat from exchange) and the internet is full of horror stories about locked accounts/funds.

Not a coinbase fan either but I do have their debit card and never faced the slightest problem when using it --> they do allow you to withdraw cash using ATM. No chance you give them a shot? Their debit card has a daily ATM withdrawal limit of 500€ though, along with a daily spending limit of 10.000 €.

There was a nice article called: '13 Crypto Debit Cards You Can Use Right Now' posted on feb 28 of this year. I don't like much the source but the article isn't bad at all: https://news.bitcoin.com/13-crypto-debit-cards/There you will find cards like Plutus, Wirex, Monolith, Revoult, cryptopay, bitpay, and others.. I'm holding one bitcoin debit card but is only to make payments with btc, is nice that it has NFS technology.

You have to first state your country if you do want any specific information regarding that and I do believe there are users here which might help you find a way for the same. Right now there is a trend of Bitcoin debit card in Europe but unfortunately it's not available in some parts of Asia. - Remember that you have to provide your personal details - check the company or organization which is issuing it because there are many fake ones out there too. But you should remember that if you are using a debit card service you are letting go of your privacy for sure. But if you don't have any problems regarding the same I believe it comes with a lot of advantages.

Cheers,
For me having a crypto bank system where you could easily withdraw your money is a good idea and probably most of the people in the community are gonna want something like a service like it. And most of the investor or trader is gonna need something where they could convert there cryptocurrency. But for sure it is going to be a custodial cryptocurrency wallet that is going to offer this kind of service, where a lot of people are having account issues. Either way, I guess coinbase is not bad and we could consider them as a legit wallet.

There's plenty of crypto debit cards, but based on the fact you're looking to withdraw large amounts from an ATM, you are going to have to complete KYC. You do know that right? You're simply not going to get a crypto debit card with a high ATM withdrawal limit without passing KYC. It's a policy from Visa and Mastercard to prevent money laundering. A couple of my friends have the crypto.com card, and Nexo is about to launch their card. Haven't heard any complaints about the Crypto.com card, and the cash back is a nice feature. Blockonomi have the main ones covered here: https://blockonomi.com/bitcoin-debit-cards/

Have you looked into Swipe? They support Europe and the U.S. You probably won't find many reviews about them since it's a new card but AFAIK, they're backed by Binance.

You are definitely looking for a custodial wallet alternative since you mention about them having tied up to a crypto debit card but I'm wondering why do you need to have an atm card for it? Custodial wallets right now have fast cash out options to dozens of banks you can sell your Bitcoin or any crypto to them and have your fiat currency transferred in your desired bank account within minutes, after that you can just use your regular debit card to withdraw the fiat currency you earned. Yes I know it will be more convenient to you on having a debit card linked straight to your crypto wallet but I don't think that there is a big difference in it.

It is not an option if the services do not support his countries, or because the rate/fee is bad. His bank card probably does not support 3DS, or other factors that might be a bit of a problem for OP needs. In short, it depends on your circumstances. I agree with you though, previously I think having a bitcoin debit card is an alternative but since a new exchange in my country has a very competitive fee and quick withdrawal for fiat, the bitcoin debit card is no longer that attractive.

@NeuroticFish has already pointed out, before asking about a card you should mention what your local currency is, otherwise fx fees will make it a nightmare for you do withdraw money from an ATM. I had a very bad experience with Wirex while trying to get a few euros out of an ATM in Hungary, charging me almost 20% and I'm not going to use it ever again, even if I try to use it at home in the Euro area I still get a 4-5% fee depending on the bank which owns the ATM. If your currency is not supported by the card service you're better trying to cash a BATM than with a crypto card. I don't like much the source but the article isn't bad at all: There you will find cards like Plutus, Wirex, Monolith, Revoult, cryptopay, bitpay, and others..
It's actually pretty bad. You can't send real bitcoins to and from a revolut account

Cheers,
You don't need a bank account. There are crypto debit cards that you can use. Just fund you account with bitcoin and then you can use your cards to withdraw from ATMs. Though, there are high withdrawal fees and fixed ATM usage fee. So you are better off selling your bitcoin for fiat cash instead of using a card and pay unnecessary fee. As far as I know there was a google spreadsheet which had list of services that provides crypto debit cards. They sheet had all information like country availability, if they are anonymous or not and their current status. I will post it over here if i find it.

Bitpay looks okay. Do they have a Prepaid Visa Debit Card? In the case of America and Europe, it is only available and can be used.
Herewith us I do not know if there is a Bitcoin ATM, I just do not know there in the Capital but it seems like there really is no.
But even though we do not yet have crypto cards, we are free to convert Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies to fiat with the help of third-party e-wallets and services. We also use a non-crypto Mastercard. And we can withdraw at the ATM bank, some have a fixed charge and some are free.

There is a possibility to get a bank card without any KYC, but it comes at a price, and for some it's certainly not an ethical way to circumvent KYC and pay taxes, but some obviously have no problem with that. The thing works in the way that someone opens an account in their name, then you get a bank card and a SIM through which you have a bank app - mostly Russian, Ukrainian banks are included in the offer. Of course there is always a chance that it is a card made with stolen documents, but it is a risk if you want such a service. There is one forum member who provides such a service, I do not want to promote it directly - but if anyone is interested, visit the Exchange board.
I don't think anyone mentioned it : The Bitwala debit card is the perfect travel companion. With the Mastercard debit, contactless payment is possible everywhere as well as free cash withdrawals at over 40 million ATMs worldwide.

This is also applicable to altcoins right? If that is, you could try MCO from crypto.com. I have a friend who uses it and he told me that he received a card that allows him to spend with 2% discount. Though, if you are going to withdraw your funds from ATM, you might need to spend more on bank fees are it is regulated international.
But for me, I am good already with this, as you can practice the use of crypto to buy goods and services which allows visa card as a payment.
