I have used mxc for only 1x transaction which is quite decent and still safe, it's just that after I saw the review on google it is indeed that exchange that has a bad reputation because a lot of people complain about problems like what you are experiencing, but your mistake is Coinall and exchange which similar to mxc and in my opinion much worse and seems like nothing can be done to get your GRIN Coin back, sorry to hear your loss.

Just a question for you, have you done the double check with it? I meant if you have seen your coins have already arrived in your wallet and that means MXC has already broadcasted the transaction in the network.

It looks like that mxc is not yet sending the coin. You should take a look at your deposit address and if there's not coin has arrived in your deposit wallet and that means mxc didn't create a transaction.
I didn't expect congestion will happen with grin.

would be good to have fully proof and proper format to report the scam exchange, ive been use mxc for several time and i know the woman who working on MXC on telegram, i have no problem using their exchange, i think its was your own fault that they cant recover your lost and end up you say they are scammers. As for me, I tried mxc.com before, but I did not try coinall.com, I can say that I had a bad experience in mxc.com during trading, there is fake volume and fake liquidity for trading in these exchanges, also there is a negative sign about this exchange in Coin Market Cap.
As for depositing or withdrawing, I have not had a problem and withdraw my coins without problems. The problem may have occurred with you as a result of a mistake in the address or transfer.

Actually the two exchanges are not a scam, it's just that there are a few minor problems that are happening with the GRIN token in the two exchanges,

You can see on the CMC site that the GRIN / USDT pairing on exchange mxc.com, the confidence is still moderate,

While the pairing GRIN / ETH the confidence is still really low,

And another one on exchange coinall.com, the 24h volume doesn't even exist at all even though the confidence is high.

So don't accuse the two exchanges of being a scam when what you want has not been achieved, because in fact the two exchanges want to serve you well.

meh.... i think that's true if coinall will not be credited his grin as it was getting blocked to prevent the people that wants to arbitrage their grin into the coinall. I guess OP was also trying to do that and when he was sending his grin to the coinall and the deposit has already closed to prevent it.

Would like to send us proof that you've been a scam or anything like. Your accusations will only be valid once proven guilty but as long as there is nothing it proves them being guilty, they're still free and will continue their services.

Expected that these kinds of schemes are flooding around and that we need to be more careful especially to new exchanges as most of them are a scam.

However, you can ask help to some DT to investigate them but of course, they'll need a few TX that will help them to trace.

Am not sure if i can say they are scam especially coinall but i do observe that their is something off about coinall compare to their before performance, you will that some of the wallet in their exchange are under maintenance for a long time, or the customer service not as active as it use to be, in their telegram group they hardly respond with all the complaint there, maybe their is a change somewhere that is affecting the overall performance.

You have give us post proof with your transaction id, to make many people trusted with your transaction should show us your etherscan transaction. We can see on your transaction is true with exchange is cam or not because many people will give bad opinion with exchange market but never could give proof with their etherscan transaction. Late to know and never accepted your reason if can't give us your transaction id.

i sm mxc user too and so far i have no trouble with them. all transaction finished well and no complain for me. maybe OP violete rules so his transaction  pending or canceled by team.

So, in your case, please wait until our GRIN deposit resumed so that your GRIN will be credited.

That means you should not feel worried about your transaction as it is still holding by the coinall itself. Basically, your transaction has already delivered but it's not yet credited into your coinall account. Just wait until there will be no huge gape in the price between MXC and coinall. You will get back your coins as soon as the coinall exchange site will open the deposit for grin again.

The people claiming that these are scams are basically newbies. These have been happening to some well-known exchanges before mxcexchange even existed 2 to 4 years prior.
