Do you think gamblers will again trust Betfury casino on BFG if they come out to say again that they have not abandoned plans to get BFG listed on a top exchange?

Can hype and such news help the token gain some value, or does the Betfury team need to actually just go ahead and get it listed to again get attention on the token? That is what should be done.

To be honest, I don’t think the Betfury team will suddenly announce plans to list on top exchanges. Based on how things have gone with exchange listings in past years, I think they gave up on that idea a long time ago.
As far as I recall, the last move by the Betfury team that actually had at least a short-term positive effect on BFG was the change to the tokenomics.

The value of BFG sits at a very depressed position and is not encouraging at all, to say the truth. I don't think the Betfury team is ignoring the token, just not prioritizing the token enough to try and boost its value because simple approaches can help increase the value of the BFG token from where it currently is, and one very good way is listing on a top exchange or exchanges. I have not seen anywhere where the Betfury team exclusively mentioned that they have no interest in listing on top exchanges, and this is something that they can do, and if they are not putting their energy there to make it happen, it could be that their focus is elsewhere, most likely on the casino business, which is their major business.

A long time ago, when they were just starting out, they had plans to list the BFG token on top centralized exchanges, including Binance. Their representative actually mentioned this in this thread, along with the fact that they planned to make it into the top 100 on CMC. But as it turned out, these were just words, or perhaps just their dreams, since, in the end, Betfury failed to achieve any of this. As for the listing, it’s worth noting that over the entire period, there were only a few attempts on some minor exchanges, and that's it.

Decentralized exchanges are the future, no doubt but in the present, centralized exchanges are what people want most by many advantages especially in trading volume. In long term, I believe that decentralized exchanges will become bigger and there will be bigger liquidity, trading volume on DEX.

Abandon the BFG token, I really don't know and we never can feel sure about the token future if BetFury team won't officially talk about that.

If looking at this on available exchanges for BFG token, thinking like they abandoned this is quite reasonable.

After years, no centralized exchanges, I hope I am right if BFG token was not listed on any centralized exchanges before the token and available markets were removed from Coinmarketcap site by lack of trading volume.

If there is no centralized exchange after about 5 years, now it's like the team already abandoned that centralized exchange listing plan for their BFG token.

There is also no listing on any merchant platform like Changelly or Coinspaid ...

Many promises for the token and have yet kept up with so far.

It seems the token has no future moving forward.

I don’t think the BetFury team will ever share their thoughts regarding BFG’s fate with the community. After all, for as long as their platform and the BFG token have existed, they haven’t really been very talkative.
As for other casinos, I agree that they also face difficulties with their tokens. Cryptogambling is probably an area where having a token isn’t really necessary at all, except perhaps to attract the attention of a new audience.

So I do not think that any casino platform token will ever do well. If the platforms focus more on their tokens, then their platforms will not be able to do very well, and if they focus more on the platform, they will not be able to pay much attention to the tokens.

As much as some casinos would like, they do not have the capacity to focus on growing their token and then ensuring the casino keeps operating at a standard level at the same time. This is why you may find that some casinos will focus on the most important one, which is their priority, and it is the casino services on ensuring that it remains standard even if it is to the detriment of the token that they have.

I think BetFury has no real plans to develop its BFG token. A few years ago, it was considered normal for almost any startup to create its own token — it was a hype-driven trend. Now it’s no longer mainstream, and if you have your own token, you actually need to work on it, provide liquidity, and promote it. That requires people, and those people need to be paid. BetFury doesn’t seem interested in doing any of that. All they seem to want is to generate revenue from their users. So just forget that BetFury even has its own BFG token and keep sending them your money, so the casino can keep making money without worrying about such a minor thing as the BFG token.

In the case of Betfury, I don't think it would be that easy for them to abandon BFG and focus on something else. Tokens are new things and years ago, casinos built up their gambling businesses without tokens. After successfully built up their gambling businesses, their main priorities are security of their platforms, good business operations, customer expansions and development of loyal customer communities. With all these things, if they do well, they can have a bigger and more successful businesses and it's likely enough to not only maintain good business revenue but also make it bigger.

With all these things, if done well, they will be able to gain a lot of money from operations, and actually don't have big reasons for development and launch of casino tokens that possibly bring more headache than comfortable business operations which they have been familiar with.

Wonder if BetFury ever regretted for creating their token If I remember it right they did not have BFG in the start. I think their token appeared when ICOs were popular and they have decided to join that token mania. They also ran bounty for that, like the others. Now it might be that they regret doing all that, because 1) people speak more about token than about casino. People expect updates on the token instead of casino 2) they look bad foe giving promises or announces plans they were not able to achieve.

Excuse me but "compensate those people holding their BFG token", what does it mean and why do they have to do that or should do that?

I honestly did not know about whole story about BFG token but I guess it is like an investment for people, with kind of offers but in investment as well as finance generally, we have saying and warning like "Invest what you can afford to lose".

I don't know and don't search for this but I guess BetFury did not promise any guarantee of profit for anyone who invest money into their BFG token. So if this was like this, there is no reason for BetFury to compensate any BetFury users and BFT token investors and holders.

The token is a failure but why do BetFury have to compensate?
