This riser with the black slot is it real 006c? the middle pin on transistor is also cut vs blue slot which has 3 pin
It's a 3.3 volt regulator.... i'm sure there are a few transistors in there also. I did a quick search of the part number "Hs1084S2-3.3" and all the documentation appears to make it a chinese part. I couldn't tell you what the middle pin is for without seeing a spec sheet or a schematic diagram. I suspect that the middle pin might be connected to the body pad on the back side of the chip package. but i don't know without seeing the spec sheet and schematic diagram of the pcb.
