Forever 21 capri leggings aren't exactly the same shade of blue as the dress, but slightly closer to purple than black - you probably can't tell at a distance and without good lighting. Waistband elastic isn't stretched out. 94% cotton, 6% elastane. Machine wash cold gentle, lay flat to dry.
