(she seems very young, I hope she is an adult) whether it is her official YT channel? I am not sure about Google TOS in this case, probably you will need to provide Gmail account related to this channel.
In any case, is better to post here more details about niche from which is your channel(if you don't want to share a link to them here), it seems to me there is not much related to crypto.

This is not an official channel (it seems) but still Youtube didn't take down the videos for copyrights! Probably the monetization not available yet to this channel.

For someone who wants to buy YT channel, there is no reason to buy it because you need to build your audience to get engagement with your contents....

It is always nice to have a youtube channel with a passive income from the loyal subscribers that know you from the beginning of the channel. In your case, I do not see any reason to buy your channel as it will not give any profit to anyone who will buy it. There is no monetization or loyal subscribers. There will be more sense for you to create and evolve a youtube channel with re-publishing no copyright videos or music from Youtube-Mp3.me and have monetization on. Yes, it always nice but when you have your original video material, not videos from some celebrity for which you do not have permission to publish them.
