I swear there was a thread dedicated to Lower Bitcoin fees and best time when you can send your bitcoins, but I just can't find it anywhere?
Can anyone help me and send link here?

I would also like to have some telegram bot with notifications for this, but I am not sure something like this exists.

I found topic I was looking for, and I am also testing some telegram bots that notify me when transactions per block go under specifically set value.
