Why don't you buy the ETH? That's what I did. Got a very bad rate and paid a lot of fees, but it was worth since I got $1300 on my UNI (sold when the price was lower, but well, it's free money anyways ). You don't need more than $40~50 to claim and send to an exchange.

No one is going to borrow you anything without any collateral. No trust nor collateral = no loan.

2. Where are those token, if on erc20 wallet then can you please post it here so that we can see you are saying the truth??
3. Is it on any exchange? If yes, then can you post the link?
4. Why you are asking loan instead of buying eth for the gas fee?
