These accounts are cheating in twitter campaigns, all bounty manager should see

These three accounts are cheating with fake twitter profile links. All proof posted below:

Accounts are:
1. Talklm tock

 Fake Twitter profile: https://www.twitter.com/lakshayhere (18.8k followers)

2. ATRmn

 Fake Twitter Profile: https://twitter.com/Fay_Alif (30k followers)

3. Josealen
 Real twitter profile: https://twitter.com/mi_Ia_ya_mila (5 followers)
 Fake twitter profile: https://twitter.com/mi_la_ya_mila (34.4k)

As you can see that all the usernames these accounts are using close to those high followers count profile. Using this trick these users are fooling around the bounty managers and taking the rewards which they don't deserve.

These three bounties just examples. Can't list all the bounties they are participating in many bounties like these. And most likely these accounts own by 1 person because they join the bounties almost the same time.

DT member should tag these accounts.
And all the managers should mark these accounts on their spreadsheet and should not pay these cheaters.

A thousand ways can be done by Alt's account to cheat in the campaign, which is why most cases like this if caught never confess that, their twitter and facebook.

You are a manager, it is not enough to be marked in the spreadsheet, you have to mark the Alt profile that cheated, so that in the future you can know they are Alt who are involved in cheating.

More you are responsible for tagging than DT, because you are the campaign manager for the future.

Besides joining the same campaigns and posting their applications almost at the same time, both Josealen and ATRmn have an 8 months posting gap between December 2019 and August 2020. Talklm tock was created on August. It was then when they started using this method to cheat on bounties.

Thanks for the heads up OP, I too was not aware of this kind of bounty cheating technique. It seems Josealen has a habit of cheating in bounties. Someone left a feedback on his profile but it's under untrusted rating since he's not on DT





He might be having more accounts using this kind of style to cheat otherwise I have tagged the account too  and hope bounty managers are able to see the negative feedback since I am on DT.

Hi thanks for appreciating my work. I also knew this method today. And was amazed by their techniques. I also think every bounty manager should come to Reputation board often. As I'm a new BM, I'm still learning so many new things how to catch alts and cheating in bounty campaign.

Ditto to everything above--and I won't be surprised if we start seeing more of this tactic as the details of it work their way around the bounty farming communities across the globe.  Fortunately OP had some seriously good eyes and caught it.

I tagged the accounts listed, for whatever good it'll do.  None of them are high-ranked, so I'm sure this idiot (or idiots) will just start fresh with new accounts and repeat the process.

I agree with that, and it'd also be nice if there was some sort of communication channel between all of you (though I'm not sure how many bounty managers there are) whereby information like this scamming technique could be disseminated.

Dude this is a good job where you have found this method of cheating, I'm sure you will definitely find cheats like this and as a new manager in the bounty you have done it right and reported it directly on the reputation board.

Yeah, I also hope other managers do the same thing as you when there is fraud with a new method so they must immediately report it here so that DT can mark it as cheating.

I already removed him from all bounty and tagged him. A DT member should tag him for other managers visibility.

So this means that these people use the link of popular accounts to show more followers in their account and get higher stake but they cant post or retweet from the same account. So they make a dummy twitter account with the similar name and retweet from those account. Bounty manager can easily caught them if they closely go through all the reports.

16 January, receive PM from user Chamomihi to consider removing neg tag because of this case. He says "I accept my fault and apologize." and also "So I m requesting a chance from you..."
I didn't have time to look a little better, but

I check his bounty participation in another BountyDetective campaign. Prasaga Bounty
He filled (18 January) participation form there, and probably again use someone's else Twitter account https://twitter.com/acetrungthanh
I asked him to somehow confirm to me that he is the owner of this Twitter account
