You will pay a rent fee for your shop ...( rent will cover advertising ,app build costs, programming etc ... )

When people will order a service / product ... the order will be sent direct to your email address

You must prove that your a honest seller and that you will not be trying to scam people also you must prove that your services and products are high quality and that you can deliver international .

Your shop will have Alin's in front ... like Alin's Candy Shop etc...

would you be allowing Chinese shop to be added on your online mall?
there would be many of them going to be joining and if there is the need to pay, there will be no problem.  there are high quality Chinese products actually, you just make sure they have the good reviews on their alibaba page. 

seriously, you would need to be a highly experience marketer to make it because that is what you will be offering to the businesses, its their exposure to the world and if your mall will not deliver this, they'd just stick to jack ma.

You have to start with your own shop or try to invite your friends or close ones who have such a business.

People will not pay for a rental fee right away on the slots as the site is not yet advertised and popular. They are doing business so they need a wide impression on the community. You can consider offering a free trial and after a specified period, up to them if they will continue to be part of your online mall. That will be the testing period.

That will be tough progress so good luck.

Chinese products/services will be allowed ,only condition i have is that they are high quality and they must prove it. Also they must have their own brand like Huawei....and they can deliver internationally fast ...not the 30 days crap delivery like on ebay ...

You have a really good idea with this mall thing. Just try to connect with a lot of sellers through as many means as possible and also try to promote even on social media, you will be able to get in touch with lots of sellers through all these platforms and many of them will be interested in working with you as long as you can get them the audience they will need. That’s another important thing; getting them the audience they need, if you move your online mall to a level where it will be recognized and have so many audience, a lot of people will be ready to partner with you as long as they are gaining from it.
