In my opinion it's not possible or if it is, the chance that the interpol will entertain this case was very low because there's a bunch of proven scam dice site that are still operating. Interpol doesn't interfere in such type of cases.
Better to go to a local police station and complain a case against the casino that they scammed you with providing all the valid proofs.

Moreover it will be even better if you can post the site link here and can warn the member to not play in the casino.
In this way many people can be saved from becoming scamming.

You can't report crimes to INTERPOL. That is only for national police forces that are cooperating with one another in order to collaborate on catching wanted criminals.

Interpol is not the police agency for common people. It is the police agency for the polices. So enforcement agencies from around the world, report any international crime to Interpol. So it is impossible for you to report to Interpol in any way.

If you have solid and documented proof that any particular casinos is cheating people, you can get in touch with the Cyber Crime department of your local police station. If they find any instance of international crime after investigation, they will report it to Interpol if necessary. You don't have to do anything there! But make sure you are not taking to the air - you need to have solid proof of cheating!

Getting scam from online gambling sites or not will depend on people themselves because they must be responsible for their money.
And if somehow, they get scam by the sites, they need to introspect what they already did before.
And if that is about depositing big money just to playing gambling, then that will be their mistake because before we are playing gambling, we need to know how much money we will use.
I don't know how to report the scam website, but I think you can visit the links that @nutildah, @TGD given to find out or report it in Scam Accusation this forum.

I guess you should mention how the site/sites scammed you... maybe this forum members will help you with useful advice. And I think the advice could even help you know whether you were truly scammed or not.
Have you checked to know the country the betting site is based? That should help you find the contact address (phone number, email etc) of the country's regulators to lay your complain.

I think the OP is so disappointed with this site that he would even denounce it to the Pope to gets any results.

Maybe you can create a scam accusation against the particular website. By that you can safeguard people not to use the site anymore. Also, there are possible chances to report to the interpol and police if your jurisdiction has specific department working for cybercrime. Earlier I saw a news where a issue on bitcoin transaction reported to police.

i don't think reporting would do anything about it there's a lot of big scams casinos lately and before and i think none of them or i just don't hear the news about a scam casino that has been accused legally maybe you could post to scam accusation section so a lot of people including new crypto gamblers would be aware of it. can i ask which website is that and what happened?
