I got 1 BTC and I'm thinking about selling. Local bitcoins are offering 10.700 USD. Is it a good price? Is there any other place I can sell for higher price?

Current market price is $10,378 so you are getting higher price than the market price. If I was you then I would not see any problem at all.
On a side note, I think bitcoin price will have a run for $11,500 very soon so maybe you can consider holding them a bit.
