This is how I calculate my total merit for the past 120 days for campaigns:

1- I go to 120 Days Before Today, https://www.convertunits.com/dates/daysfromnow/-120 and this gives me the date 120 days ago.
2- I feed this number inside bpip, so if the day was May 27, 2020, I go to https://bpip.org/smerit.aspx?to=NotATether&start=2020-05-27
3- I scroll down to the bottom of the page and record the total merit amount.

I wouldn't count on your total merit being accurate because of human errors in estimation, you could be as much as 10-20 merit more or less than your actual earned amount.
