I can set this up for you through my favourite little exchange CoinPlaza.it. If you post your BCH addy, I'll get you a BTC addy to deposit to. The minimum is 0.001 BTC, which will (at current estimate) get you 0.0496 BCH (this amount can vary).
Although not relevant in this case: the maximum amount is 100 euro.

Thank you LoyceV for sharing this. I think for $10 worth of tx, it doesn't worth to use such swap site. I don't know how much fee they charge though. I will check it out soon.
