Hello

Looking for some assistance figuring out why im unable mine on any pool server, each will throw a different error.
My firewall is disabled but even tho i added Awesome miner to both Defender and Windows firewall exceptions.
Under Options --> Profit Switching i have Mining Pool Hub enabled with my username.workername setup

While benchmarking im getting the following, examples:

Error #2 do you need https for the connection to succeed?

For all of them, not to be condescending but have you:
1. Made an account
2. Made a worker (if necessary)
3. Made a password (if necessary)
4. Added all these to the conf

(these would be generated on the pools side before you are able to connect to them).

Hi thanks for replying

Yes i do have an account in Mining Pool Hub, with a worker created with its password as well. Configured Awesome Miner with that info as well like so:

"Under Options --> Profit Switching i have Mining Pool Hub enabled with my username.workername setup" (username.workername are dummy in this case, im using my actual info)

To rule out Awesome Miner i did several of them manually via command line with the same results.

In most cases it can successfully connect, but wont continue or be kinda kicked out, i haven't used my account in a long time, wonder if its disabled or limited or something.

You could try a different pool site to see if it works with them? https://burstforum.net/topic/4322/stratum_subscribe-timed-out-problem

There was a similar problem on the link above and they disabled PART (I hope) of their routers firewall to get around the issue - have you opened the port the stratum server will need? (note computer firewalls and router firewalls are quite different).
