I don't know if you know, but these transmissions have very long delays. Compare the results of the matches and the score on the screen in Twitch. This is unfair at the very beginning. The bookmaker smokes you without soap ...
Oh really? I didn't know that. So if you watch the games in the client you will be ahead to viewers watching from stream? Or is it delayed too and only the people in the audience are watching in real time? Maybe there is chance to exploit it if you have someone watching the matches live and you bet at home talking to them on the phone. I saw something similar happening in tennis betting, where they would bet right before the score was transmitted to the bookmakers.

Hi guys, is this game LAN or tournaments in LOL are still played online just like the others? What do I mean by LAN is with the audience. I can't find info about it.
I have read it will be a limited audience due to Covid, but do not know what many people that includes. The audience won't matter cause the championship will be live on streaming. We will cheer at home on our favorite team. Unlike other 5vs5 games, LoL is much fun and thrilling to watch. The skills of the players are unique to their identity. Although the audiences are limited in the live show, the match will be fun to watch from home with everyone who are playing this game. Unlike the championships from 2019 like we see in the picture, the cheers of the crowd will be limited this time.

You can already see the differences in playing on the big stage and in handling the stress. Playing at home online vs. live games is always two different stories. This can be seen even now in ESL, where the average team wins the tier 1 and sometimes definitely.

I don’t much about LOL since I prefer to play DOTA but this tournament for sure will also pay huge amount of prizes to be won, so I’ll try to bet on the winning team and will search for the last year performance of the participants. Online gaming are indeed growing, many tournament are coming so start looking for your winning team now.

The motivation with a live audience on their side is very different than just playing online. And if it happens, they shouldn't compromise the health of everyone even if the number of live audience is limited.

The good thing here is that there would be no contact person to person when you do deal with online tournaments.Yeah its pretty boring not to see any crowd specially on Championship times. Im a esport lover and you can really feel the thrill where you do hear out some cheers and chants around.

In fact, among all sports, we are in the best possible situation than anyone else. And notice what a coincidence that just as esport has suddenly become popular, covid has arrived. As for the tournaments themselves without spectators. The scene itself and offline competition is already very much. Lack of fans is a big financial loss. But fans are in Internet to which every pro gamer also learnt from the beginning in opposition to a football player on a field.

Yeah, we're in the situation that we can't complain. We still have them to watch through streaming if they are grinding. I've heard that there's also another LAN event but it's only in China and no other foreign teams were invited. The last three days is going to be played through a stadium.

The first day of the appropriate group stage of the championship. On the first fire a very crazy Flyqest vs power of TES. Top Esports Challenger as a strong favourite but 6.5 at 1xbet is a big exaggeration. I would give within 4.5 max. FlyQeust can play solidly and very confidently and already in NA was too often underestimated.
World LoL World Championship
Top Esports Challenger vs Fly Quest / 3 Oct 2020 - 10:00 Bet: FlyQuest @ 6.5

A very stupid start to the top lance "solo" and volibear lose with .. minions. Later on, you could see that even 1/3 of them can make differences. If it wasn't for that, maybe flyqest could fight. And so it was TES that usually made its professorship advantage. What I liked was that flyqest fought quite bravely and you can see that there is potential. Unfortunately, the skills are a little less.

A great match for Machi vs Team Liquid. Good odds picked up just before the 2.91 match!
Now it's a tough match, but I'm still for the last match today of Fnatic vs LGD Gaming / LGD at 2.15 much better mechanically. Both at the beginning without conviction but for me LGD here should be favoured here

Yesterday the LGD won +++ and it was a good course! Sorry now my info so late. Matchi started the match and immediately made a mistake (0:1 ;/) But I believe in och game . The odds are very sharp. now 6.5 on the machi and I play it (machi vs g2)

Man this tournament happens every year and this is actually played at LAN servers and not online, there were some leagues that are being played online and that is because of the obvious pandemic problems but this LOL Worlds event is actually happening at LAN and there are some really good teams this time, I will try and break down a few teams for everyone JD Gaming : Solid team planning and execution. G2 : Really nice team and some big players in caps and Jankos. Damwon : The best team and the most aggressive team. There are some really good ones apart from these too so let's see who wins this time.

We're two days smarter than that, but it makes me wonder: JD Gaming : Solid team planning and execution. G2 : Really nice team and some big players in caps and Jankos. Damwon : The best team and the most aggressive team. There are some really good ones apart from these too so let's see who wins this time. I do not see any other candidates. In fact, G2 has very little chance. Their biggest asset is madness, and I think they are the only ones who will play the vabank vs Damwon

better if they can do live or non love telecast on t.v . i have seen once but it was a different moba . in that way the quality of the video is good because no loading or buffers are going to experience .
Check this: https://lol.gamepedia.com/2020_Season_World_Championship#MediaMostly, games are streamed on Youtube and Twitch but you might want to check the other media on that list as it might have a cable channel supported by your provider. And in the current internet development, so unusual to see those buffering even using a data connection. I don't know if you know, but these transmissions have very long delays. Compare the results of the matches and the score on the screen in Twitch. This is unfair at the very beginning. The bookmaker smokes you without soap ... Actually that was happening in the LEC and LCS but if you closely see then you will understand that delays in stream never happened in the LPL and LCK games because of the fact that these games were played in LAN and while the LCS and LEC were played from players at their home so they had to delay stream to maintain the integrity of the game so that no one can cheat the opponent by looking at the stream and knowing exactly where the enemies are located and hence planning according to it. I don't mind delays in streams as long as they maintain integrity and at worlds as you can see there is absolutely no delay apart from a few seconds which is normal and doesn't matter at all.

I didn't really expect that TSM would fall as early as now, omg doublelift's hand kinda rusty I guess compare to chinese and korean players. I'm rooting for SKT since then but they failed to come up to worlds this year, this kinda sad and then I rooted for TSM at the start then this happened. You guys got any team than TOP?

I've just read this update through an article and esports page. I'm not very much knowledgeable to LOL teams as I'm still trying to test and learn it. But, just like you, many are very much disappointed for losing early.

The manner in which DWG destroyed JDG in the first meeting actually made me feel like there is absolutely no competition against them unless TOP esports can string together a good performance and make sure they don't rely on knight to carry them because teams like Damwon Gaming are too good to rely on a single player and will punish brutally just like they punished JDG and they can make teams look tier-3 teams at their best.
I am favoring TOP and DWG and maybe a small chance for teams like Suning and LGD because they have a super teamwork based game and the synergy between players is really worth mentioning too.
I cannot see how EU teams can win because G2 looked poor in the LEC and there is no way Liquid can win after what I saw them doing against Machi.

TSM was honestly quite a HUGE disappointment this worlds. Heck, the issue of them being destroyed is already being laughed at by a lot of players right now. Gengi and FNC are both playing pretty well, compared to how TSM was just literally a sad team right now imo. Damwon being at the top of their group stage seems natural to me, they were always a strong team after all. My take on why SKT failed? They're still in the middle of integrating with each other. It's sad to see, yes, but well, they were on the top for a few years, but they failed to take the opportunity to improve from there sadly enough. I cannot see how EU teams can win because G2 looked poor in the LEC and there is no way Liquid can win after what I saw them doing against Machi.
I'm still going to root for G2 though. It's rather understandable how their chances are pretty low though, but if I were to pick between Liquid and G2? I'd go G2 all the way.

I'm rooting for SKT since then but they failed to come up to worlds this year, this kinda sad and then I rooted for TSM at the start then this happened. You guys got any team than TOP?
TSM was honestly quite a HUGE disappointment this worlds. Heck, the issue of them being destroyed is already being laughed at by a lot of players right now. Gengi and FNC are both playing pretty well, compared to how TSM was just literally a sad team right now imo. Damwon being at the top of their group stage seems natural to me, they were always a strong team after all. My take on why SKT failed? They're still in the middle of integrating with each other. It's sad to see, yes, but well, they were on the top for a few years, but they failed to take the opportunity to improve from there sadly enough. Agree, it's a 9-man sleep bruh. When spica pulled a 5-man lilting lullaby, his 4 teammates are standing there like they're been affected with it. Tho, I respect their effort to make it in worlds but still, it's a huge disappointment for having 0-6 on the group stage. There are many TSM fans out there, they should triple the effort next time. Gen.G is pretty good during the group stage, managed to defeat TSM and LGD, and having a standing of 5-1. I guess we have to say goodbye to UOL later if they didn't win 2-0. Update: Like what i've said. it's goodbye UOL.
