Echo?

There's a strange message at the top of Bitcointalk:

Is it a local issue? Or is it a problem with the rendering of the page by Chrome? Tried clearing cache and cookies but it's still the same.

I just noticed this (on chrome). I pressed Ctrl+F5 and that disappeared.

Didn't see it on firefox, maybe theymos is making an update or something on backend?

Yeah that is strange and I can't say anything about it.

Maybe you have slow internet connection that even if you had done some remedies still it pop out? Hmmm...

jetcash had mention in his post to suggest guest users to which they can post in the forum as guest. But it does not connect to the echo echo on top. What could it be??
