Personally i am not a fan of nft tokens especially that represent art or memes because i just do not find much practicality about them.
Recently only project with dynamic supply and that covers both the defi and nft sector is called dego finance, the project and their token is doing really well and i think the idea of token burn with each transaction is truly revolutionary and i think its a killer deflationary model that has the potential to really take the token price up with reference to time and usage.

Incomprehensible things are happening with the QUB project: the price is falling, the chat is a mess, the most active chat is Russian, in which there are many bots and people inviting investors.
I have invested in this project, but I think that soon I will take liquidity from the pool and stop participating in this project.
My opinion: I do not recommend investing there now.

According to the OP, you warn us about some Defi project but I dont understand why a Defi project that is powered by Binance smart chain was among your list because was among the respected crypto exchange site and the Defi project itself seems good.

Among this category of projects i am only familiar with dego finance, they also have support from binance and already listed at good exchanges, initially i liked their deflationary model where every transaction will reduce supply which will be burned but later they have made some changes and adjustments which i do not know about but overall it is a legit project.

The only Cons i see in Dego is the High charges incurred on investors using the platform. i was expecting them to leverage their transaction fees on their token. I.E people can pay for transaction fees using Dego token. unfortunately, the  high cost of transaction might divert investors attention to the project.
