I think the campaign will resume is only for Social Media and Telegram Campaign not for signature campaign as stated above by criptix

There was google form in the text on bounty0x where we sent our DAG addresses. ETH address you need for LTX because it is an ERC-20 token.

The Bounty was extended until the 06.11.2020 and the TGE, IEO and uniswap listing will very likely take place between November 4-6.
We will distribute the first batch of the rewards (submissions pre november 6) as fast as possible between November 7-10.

It's probably the java, mine also encountered error when I installed them weeks ago, and that is because windows 10 in my pc didn't have java. Installing java solves the problem. Alternatively, you can wait for newest wallet, I recalled they tried to solve this java issue on the next release

Or you can use an address from your balance in Kucoin exchange. I use it by the recommendation of other participants because i use an old computer which where i can't install the molly wallet.
