I think it has been moved since McGregor wants a rematch with Dustin Poirier and I've been reading his tweets looks like it will still be a long way to go before we see the fight between them (PacMan vs. The Notorious). I think it's for best to lock the thread until the fight is nearing, never read some news lately and I miss it has already been extended and it looks like McGregor is really an enigma where he would really want to be if it's on UFC or on boxing.

Probably it's because of the Khabib's retirement and that's why he chooses to not pursue a fight with Pacman and settled for a 2021 clash with Poirier since obviously the title is now vacated.

But I agree with @stadus to keep this thread open, so that if there's new development and someone wanted to update us, he can simply go here specially if Pacman decided to really accept this fight.

No, there was no schedule yet but there was a kind of mutual understanding between the two that they will fight.

However, if this fight will not happen, I hope I can still see Manny fighting champions next year, a younger champion so he can still continue to prove that age is just a number.

Pacquiao  has been donating money to charitable institutions, he would certainly do that here as he will earn big money from this fight, and it's going to be an easy fight for Manny to make a huge money, so Filipinos are supporting him on this because the poor will benefit on this fight.
