   There is one thing about Bitcointalk forum,  that I can't get my hands on. Among all platforms I've been and worked in, Bitcointalk has the vast, extraordinary and strict policies I have ever seen.
      Apart from the stringent procedures, Bitcointalk comes with a distinctive policy that can not be seen in any other platform.
     Bitcointalk platform, nurtures users on how to survive the external world, it indicates that nothing good arrives handily, it motivates users to work hard and don't rely on duplicity.
      Unlike other platforms, every single phase or degree that can be obtained in Bitcointalk, is earned by users, specifically the aspect of merits. No one dares to give out merits for no specific or substantial motives, unless the individual wants to be nullified or banned permanently.
      This is to indicate how moral Bitcointalk codes can be, to make issues more fascinating, users can not aid to any sham proposal, or plagiarise someone's labor, that leads to instantaneous suspension or even continual barn.

Issues again on the merit system when you yourself can't get hold of it because you're too busy doing bounties.

That's called uniqueness and you should know changes are constant, merit system solved the issues of spamming and those who just want to gain activity by creating too many accounts to be used for farming bounties and signature campaign.

It will not become strict on your end if you focus on how you'll get it rather than complaining. I think it's for your best if you try to change your focus or not change but add more like how you can earn merits.

Bitcointalk wouldn't be this strict for no reason. The merit system and the heavy anti-plagiarism countermeasures probably wouldn't even exist if there weren't a huge number of spammers in this forum(remember 2017?). Thankfully though, the quality of this forum increased exponentially after the merit system so there's that.

Sometimes it seems that the forum was created by these same scammers to deceive people. I chase away this thought every day with varying degrees of success

Don't see any strict policy here just the average rules that you can easily abide by just been yourself on the forum. There's no benefits in all the forum has outline to be avoided like spamming and plagiarism. This rules were introduced as counter measures for users who think they best way to engage the forum is to spam their way to the top or steal someone else works and pass it as theirs.

Regarding the merit system, all you have to do to partake in it is, increase your post quality and engage more in meaningful discussion on the forum. You can still participate in the bounty of your choice while still been a quality contributor of the forum and get highly reward through the merit system.

You already knew that this forum has kinda strict policies compared to others but still didn't change your posting behavior at all, just keep busy on your bounty reports I can assure you will not go anywhere. Don't too much busy on bounties and try to discuss, give your thoughts, and sharing useful pieces of information with other members, or if you have any reliable skill you can contribute to the forum such as these people.

Thats not true. There are some instances that merit can be given to a simple post, actually since merit isnt moderated we can freely give our merits, its only a matter of perspective or point of view from someone how he will distribute his merits. The thing is we should not abuse it. I know and can related to the thing "strict" cause I didnt realized this before but as time goes on, I could say that this is not a bad thing but hence more like of a standard to prevent low quality ecosystem for a forum which I supposed working here perfectly.

By these highlighted sentences, it seems that you have been on this forum previously and maybe banned permanently as you said you experienced all this and will try to avoid in future.

It is also quite normal for a forum to have very strict rules against plagiarism, in my opinion it is nothing but theft, only in a virtual way. What I disagree with is the way some have been forgiven for breaking such rules, while others have not been given that chance - I don't think there should be double standards, because it sends the wrong message about how the forum works.

Your contribution to the forum is literally zero, 14 pages of post history made up of applications for bounty campaigns...

The strictness and tight rules was made for some amendments in the forum seen from the last years of its existence. Merit system was activated to eliminate account farming with the campaigns here in bitcointalk. If you're here for the money, then it's clear that you'll end in just a newbie rank.
New systems is part of progress, I imagine the forum full of trolls without the merit system lol.

The forum had only implemented their rulings over thr violator. Actually I do not see strict on their implemented rules unless you likely to violate and and had some hard time with the rules and regulations.

If you are here just to shitpost, plagiarizing and doing bounty reports then you are not in the right track. You can't earn merits because no one will like to give merits on bounty reports, shitposts and plagiarize content. Doing those things will surely be hard for you to earn merits. If I were you OP try a different way like behaving here in the forum, actively participating in discussions and share your ideas that might be helpful or will contribute to the forum and the community.

If you wanted to earn merits OP try to check merited posts and how they obtain those merits. But If I were you stick on always being helpful and not only focusing on bounty reports. Hopefully you will be able to see your worth as a member of the forum and not just seeing the forum as sort of a source for income. This is forum and not about earnings. So change the way you see the forum as earning opportunity instead as learning opportunity.

These it's been able to archive by establishing rules and guidelines you dare not deray from. Keep to it and win in the world of cryptocurrency, neglect and you shall be judged according to it's law and accurate major taken without compromise in respective of your person or rank. That's why it's unique as it's model is based on fairness.
