I do look the same thing and from the account name itself then he's a bitcoin enthusiast.  I have tried to look for some scam or issues about this site but i havent find one which is good but they do indeed already have some threads on this forum.

Earnbet has got its own announcement thread, this seems to be a thread created out of excitement. There are gamblers who always think of the people next to them. If they've profited good out of a platform or found something good they'll try to popularize it. What's been done through this thread too seems one such kind of activity.

Not the kind of advertisement that the majority of us like for a gambling site, of course, we want to see an official announcement thread but posting this without a referral link is natural and not really surprising I have a lot of threads like this in other forums for projects I'm promoting,
it could be a task that he gets paid for posting.

Traffic is good for this gambling site but like all the other comments he should follow the right direction to promote the gambling site in this forum and that is creating a formal and official announcement thread and launch a signature campaign if he has a budget.

Taking a view on the OP post history to confirm if hes actually shilling the site in subject and I confirm it that harizen was really right. Aside that, it a clear situation that alot of online gambling site especially the crypto gambling make alot of waves during the total lockdown when the pandemic issue was high look and looking at the site shill by OP I dont see strong feature that will make gambler fall in love with the site.

Most probably he belongs to earn bet marketing team that focus on spreading the word about earnbet in different crypto forum. Most the account is newbie and earnbet marketing don't have any idea about the forum rules, This might backfire to there reputation here just like what happened on many casino that assign random people to do marketing here and create bunch of thread about there casino.

I wonder if this is a new advertising strategy to circumvent paying for paid advertising? I doubt that advertising like this will be effective at all, because people will not follow links that are provided by newbie users on a platform like this. 

The best advertising on Bitcointalk.org is still Signature campaigns... I have over 9000 posts on this forum, so my posts gives a high probability for companies like this to reach their target customer.
