Re upload if you can to create awareness and protect the children

Awhile ago, I was watching a Youtuber create a video where they are hunting and exposing pedophiles. The video got taken down because Youtube sees the video as harassment when the pedos got caught red handed and the Youtuber confirmed their identities. The video gives hope for victims to speak out about their experience and make kids safe. Mind you that the concept revolving in the video is like Chris Hansen's To Catch a Predator and Youtube does not bat an eye when it comes to bigwig corporations but they can takedown small creators.

If you can reupload the video I will provide you the link so you can upload it into your channell. Youtube protects pederast and this has gone on for so long. Imagine young children getting preyed upon by this predators if they are not stopped. I know that what I do isn't much, I hope that you care too guys.

I do not know if the post is okay but I hope this will not be deleted. Please reupload his videos to spread awareness.

YouTube has community guidelines and I think it's not about favoring the person being discussed in the video and I'm also against those types of people.

But if a video breaks their guidelines, they're likely to be deleted. This is just rules per rules not with the intention or content.

But if it's Chris Hansen's To Catch A Predator which is exactly the same as they are doing. There are no takedowns? Dude, that excuse you are saying has been pointed by many people regarding Youtubes TOS. Have you heard of Animal Killing Channels in Youtube where there is no takedowns? I call BS on what you are saying that they should comply when there are worse things slipping through their holy algorithm. Plus the takedown invalidated the production value of his video which got taken down easily.

By the way this guidelines are a total BS and many content creator knows that.

Thank you for doing this. It might not be much but this will help in making sure that it will reach more people. The original is getting appealed and the problem is that MamaMax shown a clip where it exposed a predators phone number which goes against the guidelines. The guidelines is still shitty though because it vague. Youtube could have taken a more clear approach by making him edit the part they find violating in the Youtube built in editor.

It will help a lot to create awareness and protect children as better social media is now more popular it will pave the way for their development the program provides children with the basic education needed to become a digital citizen and to protect themselves in order to navigate the online world. i think Youtube has nothing to do in personal or something that supports single side,investigating pedos is indeed great action but we must consider the right place to do such.

Not only Youtube, but Facebook and Twitter and others are censoring videos and more. But, it is understandable that they would do this. There is a fine liability line between between them and those who do the posting.

Suppose a user intentionally posts a dangerous or harmful video to Youtube. Then, some third party is harmed by the contents of the video. Who is really liable, Youtube or the original joker who posted the video? Maybe both or maybe neither.

Youtube looks at the cost of potential law suits. A lawsuit against Youtube by a single person might be a little costly to them. But a lawsuit, or series of them, by governments or big companies, could be expensive to fight. And if they lost, who knows what would happen. Maybe it has already happened.

What we need is a form of media that is totally decentralized, so that the media itself can never be sued. Such would throw the damage claims into the lap of the individual posters of the content/video... if he could even be identified.

The media programming would have to be good enough that it could compete with Youtube in speed and organization. Does anybody have any way to make something like Youtube that is completely decentralized?

There was a project back then by a member of Cicada 3301, as we all know Cicada is a enigmatic organization yet they are vocal about free speech in the Internet. It was sort of decentralize proposed by a member Liquid Vulture where journalist could publish their stories that can endanger their lives through that network. It was sort of a back up system where if there is a danger looming around that said journalist and there is a threat of endangering their lives so the stories can't be published, the system will initiate a fail safe where the story that was stored their will be sent to other servers that will publish the story. It was a useful system for journalist that are investigating rouge nations, crime ring or political scandal that can topple leaders.

There is another one of the same nature. It was a free speech library created in Minecraft as a server. They contain contraband texts that are banned for politically motivated reasons and other things.

Update: The video was reinstated by Youtube. Thank god. If you read the comment section, a lot of CSA victims are confessing and thanking MamaMax for his deed.

Youtube has become a weird place to be on, in my opinion.

They take down people exposing literal criminals (and in consequence discouraging possible offenders)

But they allow massive crypto scamming streams in the loose to go for hours and hours, they even allow them to appear as advertisement.
