I don't know... Isn't what you are trying to accomplish slightly scammy in itself? Good luck with sites named like that I guess.

OP, I'm not about to click on the links you provided, so can you tell us what account(s) you were trying to buy?

Also, you paid with Skrill and this person/organization doesn't seem to have any affiliation with bitcointalk, so I'm not sure if this thread should even be here.  I don't know much about how Skrill operates, but is there no way to get your money back through them?  With PayPal you would probably have a good chance, but never having used Skrill myself I'm not sure if they're a reversible payment method (like PayPal is).

Good luck, but hopefully you realize now that people who sell accounts, whether they're bitcointalk ones, Netflix, Pornhub, whatever--a lot of them are straight-up scammers.

No... as I read it, OP tried to buy a "verified with full documents" Skrill account... and, unsurprisingly, got ripped off...

I probably shouldn't be, but I am constantly amazed at how willing people are to attempt to buy someone else's identity... they're basically supporting the identity theft "industry"

So what are you getting when you buy a Skrill account "verified with full documents"?  Basically an account with someone else's name on it, but I'm assuming that doesn't necessarily mean it was stolen, nor that it has funds in it. 

The documents used to create the account in the first place might be completely fictional, no?

Sometimes I wish I had a PayPal account that wasn't linked to me personally--the reason being that it would be nice to have some anonymity when doing bitcoin deals--but there's no way I'd buy somebody else's account.

Theoretically, I suppose they could... however the Skrill account verification/KYC process seems to want:

You will need your passport, ID card or driver’s license and a proof of address issued in the past three months. Once you submit everything, your account can be verified within minutes.

Whether the system or service they use for KYC is robust enough to be able to detect fraudulent documents etc I cannot say... nor whether they periodically do manual audits of accounts and KYC info... but given that they appear to be operating within certain legal/regulatory frameworks, I would assume that they take that kind of stuff relatively seriously and that "fake" documents would likely result in your account being closed/frozen at some point.

I just went to their website and before that I was wondering why you should have "full documents" in order for you to buy an account there and that's when I find out there are also selling legal documents of other people for verification purposes. I'm agreeing with what others have said that this kind of service is illegal in nature. First of all you are buying a verified account of another person, that alone can merit you as impersonation. I just hope the mistake you have today will be considered as some kind of learning experience for you as I don't think the money you lost today is the worst thing that happened here but the personal documents you have given.
