Did you know that if ERC721 has already created for the purpose to be the security coin that will meet the regulatory standard? It will not offer any utilities but the main aim for the NFT token to be a token that can bring the holders the dividend.
I think that this trend already exist since a long time ago. If you were the old adopters of crypto and so many security coins have already issued.
NFT is just a way to call the security token into the new name but it has no differences.

These were existing for long and we should know that NFTs do not represent a single project rather they are used for like copyrights were used traditionally so NFTs are for the ownership or registration of an individuals work, product or service. NFT creates unique and unique digital assets. I remember the Cryptocat craze of 2017, the cats created on the Ethereum platform sold for a very high price. The ethereum network is congested due to part of the game's influence.

NBA Topshot made a crazy sale on the launch, and they are just getting started. I remember when crypto kitties were launched on Ethereum it made the gas price go crazy high. Good thing they are now using Flow otherwise they would have broken ethereum again

I mean auction catalogs, large-scale distribution, specialized shop: a real "vintage" object to keep in your wallet both for an "aesthetic" discourse and for a question of value.

If you think about some well-known NTFs there are even a few tens of thousands.
Many will be lost over time or will never be put on the market, but this is a market that continues to grow over time.

Same as regular crypto assets. Easily made and only a handful will survive. The funny thing about art and creative work, sometimes, is that they can be so highly subjective and irregularly valued that it's common for the most famous pieces of art to be valued posthumously. Ever thought about that?

This market still has a lot of potential to grow. What we see now is just the beginning. Each new day I see more advertisements of NFT projects asking for investments. Some features mentioned by these projects included passive income and comissions. It's a clear sign developers are trying to incorporate flashing features to captivate new investors to this new NFT's niche.
Moreover NFTs are going to be without any doubts the future of online games, representing the items players use and own inside and outside of these games. In my opinion this is the most important and useful application of NFTs on practice, going further pure speculation.

NFT is a good concept and is here to stay. It's just the unnecessary hype and hype filled purchases as well as fake projects that did their work of making a bad image for NFTs. It's much similar to what happen with DEFI, though after several years, DEFI have filtered out the bad eggs and rotten mushrooms and are again at center of attraction for the good reasons. Similar would happen with NFTs, though all seems suffering at the moment, the good ones would make a comeback and would stay here to make a difference.
