FORTUNEJACK SCAM

Hello,

I opened  a Fortunejack account some weeks ago and deposited 0,06 BTC. Because I am no betting specialist, I bought some picks over the last weeks at blogabet and made some picks with the 0,06 BTC. After some weeks and some luck I had 0,36 BTC on my account. Yesterday I tried to make my first withdrawal about 0,07 BTC. Normally this takes some minutes livechat told me. But after some hours nothing happens and I became an email:

" We are contacting you in regards to your account status. FortuneJack strictly enforces its policy of not allowing multiple accounts, and your account has been found to be associated with at least one additional account, which is considered illegitimate use of our website.
 
In direct accordance with our Terms & Conditions, winnings obtained by a player found to have multiple accounts are considered illegitimately obtained and will not be credited to the player's account and/or voided. This applies to any additional Games or Services that you participate in with funds obtained from illegitimate website use.
 
Failure to meet the requirements of FortuneJack's security policies can result in any or all of the following security procedures:

- Withhold all active transactions until further notice.
- Withhold all existing financial resources at user's disposal.
- Permanently discard all associated accounts.
 
Please reply directly to this email regarding the multiple accounts associated with your profile.  "


I was shocked, because I never made a Fortunejack account in the past or will do it in the future.

So I wrote them my story and offered them also to give them documents like my identity card which has the same name and birthdate as my email adress. Same I did with my BET365 account and it seems to be normal for verification.

Now, some minutes ago my account balance is 0,06 BTC again!!! Whole winnings were deducted.... No email... Livechat told me that there is a case of multi accounting...

Weird really. See Csw91 Fortunjack is one of the best/old gambling site who is even staying here from long ago. They have a good reputation also. I don't think they will do such things without any issues from the user end.

And you posted some typing message only which is not actually enough to prove. So you should add some documents too so that you can prove it. Also, don't forget to follow this step to write a scam accusation.

Did you try contacting them again after you realized that your balance is back to 0.06BTC? I think you should provide dates and proofs if you will open an scam accusation. Of course it's necessary.

IMO, I think fortunejack is still reviewing your account that's why your winning aren't credited on your recovered account. You can have more discussion into them. I think any moment soon they will reply on this thread.

You should post the screenshot of all the conversations or the email and your dashboard as well, your accusations will not stand if you only have this kind of post without the necessary screenshot, your title is misleading until you post all the necessary documents.

If they accused you of multi account then ask them proof that you really do have another account.

It's a baseless accusation if you don't have enough solid proof on this, as they said above, you need to compile documents to prove regarding this. Screenshot of the conversation and the date should be visible and please follow the right step on how to create a scam accusation thread.

You might also contact FortuneJack for further verification regarding your issue, they might help you to solve this issue.

I saw you already posted this the same content their ANN thread, hopefully, it will sort it out.

Using more than one account is against their TnC, some people here dont like it, which I am also aware of, but if you are registering on their site you have to follow their TnC thats the point - they are not forcing you to use their service.

Without providing any screenshots, no one will believe your story also. Post the pictures of their live chat if you may. Even then you are the one going against their Terms if multiple accounts is the problem here.
