I sent slightly over the minimum to an address this site generated 48 hours ago, contacted their support email, and have received no response and no coins back.

Reasons this is shady:

Within the site the same tumbler ID is re-used across multiple transactions and the PGP signature was the same with different transactions, even with a different deposit address. I made sure to try it with two different browser sessions to make sure it wasn't sticking.

There is no PGP public key to be found on their site to verify the authenticity of the PGP signature.

The refund contact email address on their site bounced.

Some broken English on the send page. Not super noticeable unless you're looking for it.

The deposit address changed after I sent money to it. Huge red flag.

I'm glad I did a small test (minimum was 400 TRX) before sending the full amount, but it still sucks to lose money. I'm hoping that my experience can save some others from losing much more. The site tries very hard to convince you it's legit, and it got me.
